Beautifully crafted coffee by Single O.
$4 for Piccolo, which is similar to Single O in Surry Hills.
Cozy little place just directly opposite “Gateway” just in case if you can’t find this place.
Friendly Service and come with lots of smiles😁

Quaint little coffee shop to go to. Very convenient location and staff are very friendly. Sort of a bare bones cafe that does the essentials well.

Touted as having the only drinkable coffee in Circular Quay, Ground Control Café sits on the city side underneath Circular Quay Railway Station. Slightly bigger than a hole-in-the-wall, the small store does a roaring trade in take-away Single Origin coffee.Their house roast is called Killer Bee, and across a Latte ($3) and a Flat White ($3.50) it scrubbed up quite well. It’s a naturally sweet blend, with dark toffee and honey flavours. While most people opt to grab their caffeine fix on the way to their next destination – hardly surprising with buses, trains and ferries all on the café’s doorstep – there’s also a small indoor seating area. A black wall bench encircles the oddly shaped space, with small stools standing in for tables. The opportunity to sit facing fellow coffee-lovers makes for a warm experience for those who don’t mind chatting with strangers. It also makes...

So it's a cloudy day but here's a recommendation for those who are new to Sydney or tourists visiting Sydney. Taste Food Tours does a great day out starting in the city where you get on the rivercat to Parramatta. This particular tour costs $145 which includes the river cat and breakfast. The tour starts off at Ground Control Cafe in Circular Quay at 8:30am. It's here we are met with our guide Reza. Reza explains that the Taste Food Tours is a registered charity and social enterprise organisation that looks to spread the word of cultural diversity and looks to employ refugees/migrants.

These guys do an excellent iced coffee! I definitely recommend dropping in if you happen to be around Circular Quay on a scorching Sydney day. Service is quick and friendly, it can get a little cramped however as the cafe is quite small with very little sitting room. A great pit stop nonetheless!

Needed to get somethong quick for lunch and this place had a relatively good score. They had two rolls left which both looked good. I chose a hummus and feta roll. It also had pesto, tomato and rocket. The roll was pretty good. The service was very friendly.

This coffee place is perfectly located at circular quay train station and it is popular! They have a great selection of baked goods - my favourite being the ricotta and mixed berry muffin. There is also a comfortable waiting area - which you will need as this place is slow at getting the coffees out. Granted they are busy however do not visit this place if you have a train or ferry to catch as both times ive been it has taken approximately 10 minutes for my skim cap. The staff are friendly and the coffee was enjoyable however in the city I'm in a rush and this place just can't keep up!

So great to find a decent cafe down at circular quay! So many places are just there to get tourists money and don't care about the coffee or food. Great coffee and tasty cabinet food.

I was in circular quay and after a decent coffee and came here after the recommendation of fellow foodies Rob and Anita who said they had good coffee. Under the train station, hence the name. Little rustic decorated cafe, a few bench seats and milk crates. Although not really somewhere you'd sit to have a coffee for long. I ordered my coffee and a Fkn slice.

Super busy, people lined up out the door. The lady who served me was friendly, and props to the barista who was flat out, efficiently making decent coffees. Despite it being busy, it wasn't too slow. Took a quick stroll, enjoyed the coffee and slice by the harbour.

This cafe was busy with all the runners needing a caffeine fix or a snack after running the Blackmores Marathon.

Service was snappy and friendly and got through the crowds easily considering how many people were piling in. They served Single Origin Roasters blend. I had a Latte and it was lovely. It was a smooth blend and goes down well.

The price was $3.50 for a regular coffee and was decent considering they are in a touristy area and could definitely charge more just for location alone.

Iced coffee way way too strong, at least for my taste, but the toffee orange (gluten and dairy free) bread/pie was amazing!! One of the best I've ever eaten. Customer service was of course very nice and helpful :)

Small and quirky, this trendy cafe is a great option while waiting for your ship to come in. Just enough food choice to make it interesting and the best coffee on the wharf.

Lovely staff! The treatment and down to earth feeling they give is dope! The coffees and tea's are well done and the muffins or croissants are a delight. I'm also obsessed with the set up and style of this cute cafe!

Very good coffee and decent food but unfriendly staff. It's a bit of a balancing act. Do I just want a good coffee or do I want a good coffee and a smile?

A bright spot in the wastelands of Circular Quay. A glass of their cold drip coffee with ice is the perfect thing for sipping on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

Super friendly staff, good coffee, cute and inviting decor. These guys opened up near my work a few months ago and I've been alternating between them and Utopia as Circular Quay's best coffee.

The staff are super friendly, and even gave me a few free stamps when I first picked up the loyalty card.

Coffee is fantastic, the only reason I still sometime head up to Utopia instead is if I'm in a bit of a rush, because GC seem to take a little longer making a cup (well worth the wait if your aren't in a hurry though).
