Having tried their coffee before at another hole in the wall outlet, I am always lured in to try a Campos Coffee. I was not disappointed with my Mocha. Quick service and a nice coffee.
These guys and girls pull as good a Campos espresso as I've tasted. The quirky location, tiny shop and outside seating etc. may not be to everyone's taste, and the service can be spotty - I guess not helped by the cramped conditions for staff. But the eats out of that tiny space are good and the coffee is to die for (thanks for saying that 3000 times Manu!).
This little cafe was one of the first trendy spots to pop up in Redfern a few years a go. An easy spot for a coffee and bagel.
Locals cover the foot path awaiting their name to be called for their coffee's.

This was a favourite for me when I wanted to grab a quick lunch on the go, when I was studying close by. A very small cafe, with just outdoor seating, but don't let that fool you - they do one mean bagel!
I've tried the salami cheese & tomato and grilled chicken & avo, both being very tasty. But my go-to bagel was the cheese tomato & basil. The bagels are pressed and topped with sesame seeds which make it all the more yummy!
Their chocolate brownies are also a hit with me. With chunky chocolate bits - very drool worthy!
Must haves // cheese tomato & basil bagel, chocolate brownie
Pros // friendly service, good on the go eating
Cons // limited seating
Food: 4/5
Ambience: 3/5
Service: 4/5
Nice cosy place. One of my fav coffee place. It is a very good place for a quick coffee and snacks. Staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable
What a day! An early morning of property inspections calls for a quick chai latte, coffee and bagel. A hole in the wall sort of joint; squeeze in to order your food/drinks and wait outside on the street with other consumers with friendly dogs. If you are lucky then you can grab a table. A good joint.
This place looks like a hipster paradise with only enough floor space for coffee and sandwiches. As the Redfern Street area continues to gentrify with the likes of Baffi and Mo, Eathouse and Pitt St Diner, it’s hardly a surprising location for a teeny-tiny espresso bar.
Food wise, the only thing on offer besides a few sweet treats is a selection of bagels. These are some of the flattest bagels I've EVER seen...but this smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel was also one of the most delicious I've had. I think the flatness makes the bagel quite crunchy and the texture is less chewy and doughy then regular bagels. I LOVE the toasted sesame seeds on top.
Young urbanites share the footpath with mums and dads as they stop off for a quick coffee, lapping up the last warm rays of sunshine before it disappears behind the crest of Redfern Street.
2 years worth. I've been to this place so many times that it's true I have had bad coffees - but I have had a vast majority of very good ones. I never get a milky coffee, just short ones, so that's all I vouch for. When the coffee goes bad I go elsewhere, but always go back - and it turns good again.
They have invented a concise formula, and followed through. It's very smart.
The bagels are good, always fresh. Service always swift and friendly. The staff make all the locals, including housos and Kooris, feel comfortable, which is really important, because a lot of people are coming to Redfern just to cash in.
So after all this time I'm finally signing up and giving CTM a tick.
Love The Sun. Coffee Tea & Me is my pic for this area of Sydney... It joins Little Marionette (Annandale), Knights Coffee & Tea (Haymarket) as one of my three regulars!
Delicious. Coffee here is a treat. It's almost like having dessert!
Awesome little hole in the wall serving up good coffee and tasty bagels. Excellent value for money, cool yet not up itself. Try the $1 coffee special with any bagel, best deal in Sydney. I had the haloumi and avocado.
Consistently great coffee. The menu is minimal but the toasted bagels are delicious.
Lovely campos coffee and the best bagels in town. I can never go past a good ol' ham and cheese, but the halumi and avocado is great too... oh and their chocolate brownies are totally dreamy! You might have to wait a while but its always worth it :)
The Mouse that Roared!. Great coffee + Beautiful bagels + A local favourite + A constant stream of customers any time of the day + Familiar banter between barista & customer + Staff who love what they do = Coffee Tea & Me.
Great for a quick takeaway or an opportunity to sit back and watch the locals. Good luck trying to find a better deal than their $1 coffee with one of their bagels!
Cute and quirky shoebox Campos coffee shop. Great promotional $6 coffee and bagel deal. No cooked food. Great addition to the increasing Redfern St spread.
Very enjoyable coffee. Small space with limited seating for only 6 people outside.
Still great coffee..
Although I remember the bagel deal being $9.50-$10 now its $14…
Must be covid prices now or maybe Ukraine War lol
Great little coffee hole. It's basically a doorway that sells coffee and select pastries. The coffee is great and, despite always having a line up of punters, the service is quick. They have Campos coffee which I love. Also, they gave me a little cookie with my coffee! Awesome.
Cute little hole in the wall. Only drank the tea (chamomile) but sitting out the front was super pleasant.
They serve Campos coffee. Bagels deal is great. They have salad too. It’s usual a line waiting here. Not very fast services so expect to wait a bit.
