The ribs here were perfection! We had the pork ribs and they were beautifully cooked and just fell off of the bone. Definitely worth trying.
We ordered two burgers and large fries via ubereats. I got the southern chicken burger which was huge - I was very full afterwards. The chicken was a tad dry thought. Fries were well seasoned and crunchy.
With a name such as this, you would expect that this place can deliver excellent ribs and burgers. The ribs are well marinated with the meat literally falling off the bone which is an excellent indication of how well they are cooked. Didn’t try their burgers this time but their grilled chicken is succulent and juicy and is accompanied by a tasty side salad.
I don't have any pictures of any of the times I've eaten here for the reason that it's just so good I can't wait to dig in!
The ambience is super cozy inside but I always prefer sitting outside. Couple of things I've had here are - pork ribs, BBQ chicken wings, sweet potato fries, beetroot feta salad and the mushroom burger. The ribs and wings are to die for and one of the best I've had! The beetroot feta salad was pretty average but I guess it's called ribs and burgers for a reason.
I'd definitely recommend this place to satisfy all your meat cravings!
I usually come here on weeknights around 6pm. Sometimes there can be a line or a wait, but it’s usually worth it.
Order at the counter. Customer service is good. Staff look very organised.
The food menu is quite diverse for being what was thought to be just ribs and burgers.
It’s a bit on the pricey side but the quality of food is fantastic and worth the money. The burgers are consistent, and are always juicy and tasty. The ribs are delicious, fall-off-the-bone delish.
The water fountain always seems to be broken though. Not completely broke, but the water flows so slowly that it doesn't deserve to be called a fountain.
Maybe this is to deter free water so we have to purchase it?
Anyways!
Really appreciate that the seating area can be shared with Salmon and Bear next door, because some of our party don’t feel like ribs or burgers so this is a great compromise. Please don’t ever change this arrangement :D
I wanted to try this place since such a long time and finally when my friends and I decided to go there it was so hard to choose from their menu. So of course we decided to give a try to some ribs and some burgers.
One took the old school burger which was really good for the price. Just the extra chilli sauce was not spicy enough.
We also order the veggie stack which was pretty filling for a veggie burger. Which is nice !
I gave a try to the grilled chicken BLAT but NAKED which means without buns but into salad leaves. And this is such a good idea. It is GF and it permits me to take a bigger burger frol the inside which ibwould not have try with the buns as i knew i would havnt finish it !!
And finally the ribs , the pok dinausor where good as well. A bit dry but the sauce was really tasty !!
And as i have a sweetooth we tried the salted caramel thickshake and OMG it is so good and dense. it is like drinking 500ml of icecream. Yummm
Delicious. Got delivered to the Meriton nearby (yes, I'm lazy). Got the Bacon & Cheese with chips and onion rings, everything was fresh and very tasty. Didn't care for the chimicurri mayo, just a personal preference.
Delivery was fast and efficient. Highly recommend.
Chicken burger and beef burger are both very good. And about the side dishes, I love the onion rings, they make it very delicious and I can't stop to eat that. Also, I love their hand washing facility in restaurant area instead of in toilet.
Bring my little niece for her birthday dinner before the school holidays at ribs n burgers, she is so excited and ordered a kids burger meal for her with soft drink. And parents are having full rack of rib plus old school burger. I like it because they keep updating their menu but standard can be kept!
Ribs and Burgers has become quite a very popular food chain in Sydney in the last few years. The name itself makes it obvious what they sell and that is Ribs and Burgers. With multiple locations across Sydney you won't have to travel far to give it a try. All of them have a similar layout and the same menu due to being a chain.
The Ribs are delicious with plenty and meat and cooked in a BBQ sauce and the Burgers are good too, not cooked like a fast food place, they are made fresh and using quite good quality ingredients as well. There are plenty of options to choose from such as beef, chicken, halloumi, vegetarian and more.
We regularly visit the one in East Village in Zetland it has a nice warm feel to it, with plenty of tables of chairs and it is conveniently located next to the shopping centre. It is very popular amongst the locals so watch out, this one can get quite packed out.
Found this place on the internet. A great place to have dinner with family.
Casual dinner, great food, great staffs, and great atmosphere.
Must try baby back ribs and onion rings.
Thursday is basketball, burgers, ribs and beers. I think i joined the team when this was made clear to me. This place is the goods for those who love all things meat, sauces and burgers. To re-appropriate a common phrase I think my rib team has a basketball problem. It always seems busy, however, we always manage to grab a table that fits 6 - 8 of us on a Thursday. Someone will always grab a burger and chips, however, I always see the envy in their eyes when the full rack of baby back pork ribs comes out with a refreshing Rogers Beer. the Burgers are great but let’s be honest, heading to a Ribs and Burgers joint means you definitely want ribs. A meal of ribs, chips and beer will cost you about $45 - once a week is doable. Don’t disappoint yourself - smash a rack and sip the beer and enjoy the company of your mates.
This place is great! Everything I've had from here I've loved! Steak is massive! Burgers are the bomb! I'm probably not the best person to review ribs but I've tasted the lamb and they are pretty Damm good!
The ribs are awesome, actually everything we ate was delicious. The food is tender, juicy and has just the right amount of smoke in each bite. Great ambiance
First time i dined here I thought it was a bit expensive but after my first bite of the Aussie burger I was sold. Best burger and chips i have had, ever! Definitely worth it. Staff are great also 🍻👌
I love the food and the atmosphere! The staff are always friendly. Sometimes it can be slow when its busy but it's worth the wait! I also love the new menu.
Always good food, great ribs, chips and burgers. Excellent service. We come here a lot and it’s often busy, so sometimes no tables.
Sometimes they do something to the bun - maybe lightly toast it - which makes the burger really tasty. But usually only when the place isn’t too busy.
Our review this week is from a restaurant that has grown so much in the last couple of years that they now have 10 restaurants in New South Wales. We visited Ribs and Burgers in Zetland quite often for lunch. It is located outside the new-ish East Village Shopping complex in Zetland. Ribs and Burgers in Zetland has quite a decent lineup for lunch. The price point is still okay when compared to restaurants in the vicinity.
Such a cold night here in Sydney so felt the need to order Ribs and Burgers with Deliveroo. I ordered St Louis Pork Ribs with slaw, Onion Rings & a Chicken burger. I'm a massive rib connoisseur and I am surprised at how tasty these ribs where, cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious, I wish there were more.. I had a few bites of my partners chicken burger and it was yum as were onion rings.. But it was all about the ribs for me, fast delivery also!
We stepped in at 6pm on a Friday and scored
a table. But it filled up rapidly. We chose a couple of burgers and a full beef ribs. Everything was well done. The thick shakes are
recommended, but quite sweet so watch out.
The bill was 25 each but included drinks so not bad !
From the service to the décor the overall experience felt classic American bbq. The burger was fair in price and amazing in taste, and I couldn't help but seeing what everyone else ordered. There is something satisfying about cross-seared food, which will definitely have me coming back for more.
I have been here twice and I liked the food, my favourite was the wagyu burger yummy!! The onion rings are good and you get a decent serving. I also tried the bourbon cookie thick shake loved it!! I find the only problem with the ribs is when I ordered them mine were dry but the sauce was good and smoky. I also don't like restaurants that are order first then find a table because that's stupid!
I quite like this place.
It has a great decor and alluring branding. Every time I've been it's been freezing cold and they leave the beautiful big windows open so the snow can come through - but my preciousness aside, this is a funky establishment.
Mean onion rings, great side sauces and of course ... The ribs; my favourite is the tender tangy herb lamb ribs - delightful. I found the baby back pork a bit too sweet for my taste - reminiscent of hurricanes - and probably wouldn't recommend this.
Friendly service offsets the unexpected hit to the wallet.
First time here tonight. Lovely decor and dark lighting which is always a winner. Very friendly staff. They were courteous and fast service. Ordered the chilli ribs and chicken with salad and chips. Yum food overall. Would come back.
Asked for medium rare, got medium rare. Happy with that. A pretty tasty burger. Wasn't a fan of the bun, which I found quite dry, but overall, it was still a delicious burger with a juicy flavoursome patty. The original with cheese and Aussie burgers are pretty good. Even the falafel is not too bad. Chips are fantastic with great crunch. Our onion rings came out in small chopped up pieces (eg. No rings as such) but the taste was great. The chicken wings (hot) were ok, not fantastic. Overall, pretty happy. Definitely better than your average fast food.
Not bad at all! The atmosphere was somewhat rushed and the names were taken at the door to get a sitting on a Friday night..but the food was absolutely lovely, the wait isn't that long and the staff -very friendly, if not a bit unexperienced and slightly confused. But I guess it's because they have just opened up. Overall, really enjoyed the meal, will be back during the week, as it won't be as busy 👍
It's not that reach my expectation. It's recently open. Everything looks good. Service is nice despite a little slow. Ribs all fine. A little bit burnt, crispy though. We give a shoot on cabbage salad. Taste too light but the combination with pine nuts is still great. Lol.
Chicken wing, sticky soy, good, plus some lemon, nice. The mayo is too cheesy though, I'm not much keen on it.
Sliders, chicken mini burgers. Its too dry and taste really average. That's the 0.5 loss point, probably 1 :(. Next time, try the othoer one!
Ribs & Burgers has recently opened it newest branch in new trendy suburb of Zetland. This latest expansion meant increasing it's number of restaurants in NSW to 9. The restaurant is decorated to an industrial theme. It had interesting decorative pieces - particularly the water and condiments cabinet and the wash basin in the middle of the restaurant. Other nice touches were the can/ tea pot holding your condiments and cutlery which also displayed your order number.
