Fantastic food. We had the Club sandwich, (toasted and huge in a roll) and the Brekky Panini with bacon. Both delicious, loads of chicken and bacon in the Club sandwich. The staff are very hard working and attentive to all their customers. Always clearing and cleaning too.
Definitely recommend Madame Frou Frou for any meal or anything in between.
The photos are only half of each serve because we ate it so quickly!
Great little local cafe. The coffee is one of the best in Glebe. My husband goes there everyday for coffee, and sometimes breakfast. Sometimes when we can get coffee somewhere else, but he would always wait and then come here to get his coffee. We also like their breakfast panini, very yummy!
Ordered take away only. Waitress was nice. We paid for 1 Bacon & Egg Roll and 1 Avo Roll + 2 small coffees (1 was double shot) $20. Bacon and Egg Roll was exactly what you expect. The Avo Roll was yummy with pesto and aioli and decent amount of avo. I wish the pesto tasted a little stronger. The coffees were good but a tiny but burnt. However, overall pleasant and would return for brekki to have in house. Today was packed , which is a good sign. We only waited under 10 min for coffee and food. :)
Simple breakfast done well, and not as expensive as cafes in neighbouring surburbs. Excellent coffee, not bitter. Located at the more peaceful end of Glebe Point Road, has less people walking past and a wider footpath than the Broadway end. We found it quite easy to find parking in a side street during mid-Saturday morning. Your dog is welcome to join you in the outdoor dining area, under cover, while enjoying your meal.
Quick cheap eats with a trendy decor. Nice menu and surprisingly large drink selection. The serivce was a bit weird, a friend's meal specified avocado but it arrived without any so had to send it back lol...
Amazing food. Girlfriend’s BLAT had “probably the most perfectly toasted bread ever” with delicious bacon, fresh tomatoes and sauce. My steak sandwich was equally good on a crispy ciabatta bread. Nice vintage interior with repurposed movie theater furniture and 1920’s industrial art deco vibe.
Nice bijou with great coffee and light meals, came here with mum and dad and it was just the perfect place away from the busier end of Glebe but still active enough to catch the breeze of the local ambience. Genuinely impressed by the history of the place, which the owner was happy to retell: amazing old school cinema seats inside with some vintage movie/ vaudeville type posters lit up on display. Great way to support local business as we open up again, friendly staff and highly recommended.
