This cafe is located 5th floor at Westfield Sydney. The one of the few deep roasted coffee I found in Sydney.
The barista is efficient and attentive customer service.
I love cream chocolate macaroon served with strong latte.
Happy to come backš
I always have a coffee here and I have to say this place is the best patisserie in Sydney for sure. The cakes are amazing, the ice cream is one of the best I've had, and staff are really friendly and professional. I love spending my time here with friends eating the Nutella crepe.
Great coffee here. I ordered a strong (double shot) latte which was perfect although too hot! I had to put cold water in it to drink it ... after 5-10 mins.
But the flavour was good and the coffee excellent. I was so impressed I went back and got a piccolo for myself and a latte for my partner. But once again both coffees needed cold water to be able to drink them.
Maybe thatās a Sydney thing? Oh and I almost forgot, the pastries and the chocolates looked amazing! But after eating a bit of chocolate over Easter I didnāt indulge... this time hahaha
Anyway I was really impressed šš
Those that work in the city are bound to have dropped by the Westfield food court at some point for lunch. One of those outlets is Via Del Corso which satisfies even those with the biggest sweet tooth. We came by one afternoon for an afternoon sweet snack and will share that experience with you. To start we ordered an ice-cream bun which consisted of a brioche bun filled with three scoops of gelato of your choice and we opted for rainbow, golden daytime and rose and lychee gelato. It was then topped with a macaron and two toppings of your choice and we went for a strawberry and cream macarons, and sprinkles and nutella sauce as the toppings.
This pastry cafe is on the 5th floor of Westfield. They served various pastry, cake, macaroons, ice cream and crepe seems to be their signature.
The cake was in a decent portion. The caramel cake has layers of different saccharinity, the total flavor was tasted layer by layer. My pistachio cake has a berry layer, the balance was nice, didnāt too sweet.
But their coffee was just average. The milk foam was too watery.
Via del Corso is a Pasticceria e caffe in Westfieldās Pitt St Mall food court area. Centrally located, at the top of the escalator, it is easy to find. Grab a table and order at the counter and your food is really almost instantaneously. They do have danishes, Italian doughnuts, croissants and muffins for those who are in the city at breakfast time and paninis for lunch. However Iām sure more people want to check out the superb dessert list! Thereās an array of crepes, served with cream and gelato that might whip your fancy, and the salted caramel and ricotta or banana snickers look insane. Some absolutely crazy gelato bowls or gelato doughnuts are on offer, so make sure you go with empty bellies! We had an assortment of macarons including Matcha, fairy bread, strawberry and blueberry. We even got the Macaroncino of a Nutella macchiato topped with crushed cookies and a macaron dunked on top. The drinks are certainly an instagrammers dream. Nutellino (thick Nutella hot choc), macchiatos in cones or Cremoso (with whipped cream on top), amongst many others are on offer. Make sure to try the doughnut shake, where your milkshake comes roped with a huge doughnut. We got coffee and a chai latte, but thereās also tea and cold drinks if thatās what you prefer. They sell a number of amazingly prepared patisserie foods and we tried the strawberry tart, of beautiful soft pastry and strawberries. Not only this, we accompanied our drinks with an assortment of mini chocolates like chilli, cappuccino, coconut rough and caramel. You can also purchase these as gifts. This place isnāt expensive and perfect for a break whilst you shop.
An expansive cafe that offers all types of desserts including chocolates, cakes, ice creams, macaroons, as well as beverages of both the hot and cold variety. It is situated within the food court on level 5 of Westfield Sydney.
Make your order at the counter and they'll ask if you want to eat in or takeaway. Either way you will need to wait at the counter for your items to be served up. Service was quick and friendly.
Had the Monsoon Cake which had a delicious mousse encased in a jaconde sponge and topped with a dainty macaron. This was delicious to eat! The Mocha I had was slightly bitter for my taste but with the cake it wasn't too bad.
Tried couple of times long before Zomato time.
Today I have a Nutella and peanut butter flavour.
It cost me $5 a scoop, I think it's a pretty standard price for gelato in Sydney.
Peanut butter was dominant and Nutella just a hint on the back ground.
My wife made me indulge in this crepe and coffee. The setup here is pretty cool, you can get a seat (this is Westfield after all). The service is not bad. The gelato here is ok (I'm a snob for fresh gelato) and passable. There was too much sugar on the crepe but still reasonably nice - don't eat all the cream. Priced well....
I had the pleasure of being invited to visit here. The gelato and sweet selection is huge. This place is in the middle of the level 5 food court of the Sydney Westfield so good for a pit stop after you've had lunch.
The desserts I got were huge and beautifully presented. The service was very friendly and quick. I highly recommend šš»šš»šš»
Wide choice of tasty sweets.
My lemon and meringue tart was delicious and made with extra meringue comparing it to other similar places.
Very good service.
Chocolates, cakes, macaroons and coffee - this is a place to indulge your tastebuds while you indulge you shopping habits at Westfield Sydney. With a huge selection of sweet tooth treats you are sure to find something that will entice your appetite. We went with the Chocolate Panna Cotta and Snickers Bar cake. The Chocolate Panna Cotta was creamy, rich and just the right mix of flavours. The Snickers flavoured cake was a caramel delight. Grab yourself a coffee to wash these down with a take a well earned rest from your shopping adventure
Lovely dessert bar situated in the CBD Westfield. Massive selection and perfect to satisfy your sweet cravings. The cakes were beautifully presented and extremely tasty . The Nutella mocha ooozed with Nutella and was incredible. The selection of macaroons was huge and worth enjoying. Wonderful experience !
Every dessert option any sugar fiend could ever wish for. We got the snickers crepe, gelato burger, donut topped cookies and cream shake, strawberry tart and a coffee-in-a-cone. The crepe was the standout- Nutella and peanut butter lovers must try this!!

It was too early for desserts and icecreams, and I need a pick me up, so ended up ordering a hot double shot caramel soy latte.

the staff was friendly and professional.

Sitting on the middle of the large Westfield food court this place doesn't go in noticed. With all the eye watering goodies on offer, you'd be a fool to walk buy without stopping.
Although the service needs improving, the desserts themselves are great and will definitely brighten your day
After having lunch after having lunch in the Westfield foodcourt or during shopping, this place is a great stop for a sugar hit. I have tried their cakes and chocolates but their gelato is what I always come back for. I love their fig, green tea and black sesame flavours although it is slightly pricey.Ā
Still there aren't many gelato options in Pitt street mall so when the craving hits, it's my go to.
This time I only came to buy a cake but I often get coffee here when city shopping. I bought a ricotta cake to bring to a friends for dinner.
I find the service, coffee and cakes all good and have never had a bad cake. Worth a try if your after something sweet
I went here after lunch. Always keep cleaned and tidy. That's my impression of the cafe. Do you feel like eating sweets?? Defs you'll find your fav one. There are lots of yummy gelato and cakes. Makes you feel hungry even I'm full after lunch.haha Friendly staff and I like the joyful atmosphere. The coffee is right temparature, good smells and awesome.
Their selection of desserts looks mouthwatering and makes you want to have all of them as it's hard to decide which one to eat. For $9 each we got the baked ricotta cheesecake with nut praline and a black-forest cake. My favourite was the cheesecake as the combination was good without a high sugar content. The blackforest was also good especially the chocolate mousse layer. But it was way too sweet for my appetite.
Food is delicious, prices are on the higher end, and service is off-putting . Went for an afternoon treat with my partner and decided to try their build your own sundaes. There were a wide range of flavours to choose from (we went with mango gelato, raspberry sorbet, cookies & cream and pistachio). Next came a choice of toppings and syrup - a list of both which we had to force out of our server who came off as very surly, and clearly looked like he could think of a dozen better things to be doing with his afternoon. $15 between 2 people for a 4-scoop sundae was rather pricey but the icecream was absolutely delicious - what little of it there was. I dont mind a little whipped cream with my ice-cream sundaes but I was shocked by how much they could cram into one cup! The entire bottom was a layer of whipped cream, followed by 4 scoops of ice cream which was then further smothered in what appeared to be an entire can of whipped cream.
Would only come back for more of their icecream - which I admit is just as good as Gelatissimo but slightly more expensive. Definitely not worth $15 for what is essentially a cup of whipped cream.
...Via Del Corso Pasticceria e Caffe does not dissapoint. The bright, circular haven in the middle of the food court offers numerous sweet delicacies from tarts to gelato to their famed macaroons. We were lucky enough to try the Peanut Butter and Green Tea macaroons ($3.50 each). They were both unique in flavour, indicating that each

Via del Corso has the BEST black sesame ice cream ever. Normally, black sesame ice cream leaves a milky after taste thatās not pleasant after couple of spoonfuls. It tastes generally very nice at first, but the taste seems to vanish very quickly once you go on. This is the first time it lasts (as in for good quality chewing gums) Yep thatās right. The taste of black sesame is as good the second, third, etc spoonfuls!!

They also have interesting macaron flavours (Iāve eaten them before, not bad) and a delectable looking gelato range, Iām definitely coming back to try more.
With the on-going macaroons craze, suddenly, almost everyone is selling macaroons. And one of our favourites is from Via Del Corso. Among the flavours on offered include Gianjuga, Dark Chocolate and Peppermint, Orange and Honeycomb, Salted Caramel, Peanut Butter, Green Tea, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Via Del Corso have an endless supply of desserts, chocolates and gelati available - It was hard not to go crazy. We actually just stuck to the first 3 display cabinets as looking at the others would prove to be too much tempation for our already full stomachs!
The stuffs are funny and handsome~ and they are always polite to others
Delicious sweets!! And good coffee!!!
Always great cakes and coffee
NIce macarons!. Grabbed some morning tea here and decided to have some macarons and they were delicious. Prices are reasonable too.
This place is amazing! Some of the best macarons ever and I've tasted a few! The latte was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient.
Bellisimo. I just got back from an amazing holiday in Italy last month and have been searching for something even close to the amazing flavours they have over there like fiordilatte and amarena and toblerone. via del corso don't have any of those even though their website says otherwise. still, it's pretty good gelato and the flavours are sure to please most aussies and even some asian people with green tea and black sesame. I am still yet to find my fiordilatte in the cbd :(
Sticky fig and honey ice cream. ... amazing! Incredibly creamy with lots of honey, fig bits and a little toffee.
So many flavors. There're nearly 50 flavors of gelato there. For someone who is always after exotic flavors, I had fig honeycomb and fig pistachio. Both are quite nice although some people might think the honeycomb one would be a bit too sweet.
There're still so many other flavors and so many other cakes I want to try. Now I think I will probably visit this place every time I shop at Westfield, which is probably three times a week.
Delicious chocolate but awful coffe!! Also need to train their staff better on customer service cuz two groups left angrily after coffee was still not serviced in 20mins
There isn't much to say about this place, because whatever I do say will definitely sell it short. The desserts have to be experienced for themselves, but here's a little overview.
The elliptical kiosk is quite interesting, with an alternating pattern of benches with seating and display cabinets for the food. At one end of the ellipse, you have ice creams (there are SO many flavours), and as you go round, there is a section for cakes, a section for iced pastries, a section for other pastries, a section for cannelloni's, etc. etc. There is also a section for the most exquisite looking desserts that would definitely be considered high end dessert dining.
The prices are a little steep, but the servings are generous. I have only had the ice cream a few times at this point, but it has been consistently delicious.
They also have EFTPOS, so if you don't have money, you can use your card, although in the times I have been there, sometimes they charge a 2% surcharge, and sometimes they don't.
The staff are also really nice.
Great food, great staff and a great atmosphere. DELICIOUS!
Lovely coffee and cakes! The service just needs a touch up! Then it would be 5 star! But I did love the macaron and coffee šš
Stopped by for some chocolates and wasn't disappointed. Pretty good quality and interesting selection. Tip: take a bag of choccies down to Hyde Park (a few minutes walk) and enjoy them sitting amongst the trees and watching the people & ibises passing by
This is a pastry cafe in Westfield Sydney 5th floorā¦tried two dishes this timeā¦both were delicious š and yummy ā¦.little expensive but they are specialised in pastry š„ so taste is worth the money we payā¦highly recommended for pastry lovers to try this place and never be disappointedā¦.a must visit in Westfield Sydneyā¦
Nice little pasticceria in the westfield mall. The cakes are pretty good. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect blend of flavours.
The cake is good, wide selection
But the most expensive bad cup of coffee, the coffee is too š„ and watery? I had let it sit for a while to cool.

The store offers a wide selection of sweet treats, eat in or takeaway. This makes it an excellent dessert choice for any of the surrounding restaurants and somewhere to buy small gifts for anyone with a sweet-tooth.
Offers ice cream, gift wrapped chocolates or macarons, donuts, sundaes etc.
