Lovely quaint cafe in Regent Place opposite Chef's Gallery. The staff are lovely and the service is quite efficient.
It's been a while since I've been here but I recently discovered Eat Club and there was a 30% discount for this place and luckily I was in the area.
I ordered smashed avocado on toast and a flat white. The coffee are made perfectly with the right amount of milk and strength and taste of coffee. The smashed avocado was delicious with the unique touches of raisins, candied fruit, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and a slice of lemon.
Came here to grab a quick takeaway coffee.
The Cafe is not that spacious but quite accomodating as a coffee shop that serves food as well.
You can sit inside or outside.
Coffee was pretty good.
My go to place for reliable coffee beans.
Great soya latte and friendly service all day Long.
Free wifi and range of small bites to go with your coffee.
Tucked away from in a side walkway of the ever busy Regents Centre. It's a nice spot to steal a moment of rest & quiet to have a cup of coffee (and maybe a slice of cake too). Got a hot chocolate this time. Generous size, the hot choc was not too heavy, but not watery either, sweetness was just right for me. Service was friendly too.
Ordered the hot mocha on soy and was very pleased with the flavour of it! Friendly staff as well but the only thing was we weren’t allowed to stay at the cafe to warm ourselves during the cold winter because they were almost closed during the time of our visit. Too bad!
Centrally located, offering good coffee and cakes, its perfect for that pick me up. We got a latte and a white hot chocolate which was delicious. They were also great when I wanted to change my order last minute.
Great cafe with friendly staff! The coffee here is always pleasant, hot and consistent, so I always order it and dash to my next event. The venue is not very big but it's super cozy and decent to have catchups with small groups of friends. Always a delight to come here for a break ~ ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ
Comfy cafe located near the bustling streets of Town Hall. It is easy to locate and serves some amazing coffee. I went there for some college work, and luckily found a place. It is not that huge, limited seating capacity. But the coffee was amazing and the staff was lovely as well.
Pros: very cute little coffee shop. Flat white Coffee has good flavors. Omg the lemon/lime tart dessert is soooo yummy!!!!!!! It is not too sweet and has a lemon kick to it....so good!!!!! Best lemon tart I have ever had, but it is such a small size and pricey. Eclair was good. My partner had the Chocolate tart and said it was very good! I will try this for myself next time. Service is always very very friendly which I appreciate.
Cons: coffee temperature is warm, so I always need to ask for "extra hot please". The desserts r expensive. I had a slice of the $7.50 marble cake.... it was disappointing....very dry and too sweet and icing on it tasted artificial. Was hoping for a moist chocolate flavor but I did not get that.
The breakfast was bad. Had their big breakfast plate: eggs and sausages etc, awewwwww not good, tasted plain, nothing special, very expensive. Bummed about the breakfast because I live close by and was hoping to like the breakfast since the location is convenient for me.
I go here often for the coffee and desserts and will continue to go here. I look forward to trying their other desserts, such as cheesecake and other tarts.
This place uses real chocolate for hot chocolate and mocha, not chocolate powder. The owner is obsessed with serving only the food that is in the freshest condition, so it is a place that I can trust to eat at.
The Papa's cakes and bakeries are - do they even need my recommendation? I feel like they have exactly the right amount of moist-ness, sweetness and softness.
Last but not least, try their SPICY CHICKEN ROLL! so yum!
Best mocha ever! As big as a soup bowl haha this is quality and quantity all in one. Coffees are amazing here too! Not to mention the cheesecakes.
Good coffee and dessert!!
It's located very near to Townhall station, easy to access. Same building as KFC on George st in Townhall.
Came here around 5pm on weekdays for chilling after shopping:) I had Mango frappe and Nutella recotta cheese cake.
Mand frappe was not too sweet and just the right. Very thick and delicious. I can taste mango flavor very much.
Nutella Ricotta Cheese cake becomes my fave cake.
Not too heavy, Nutella and Cheese cake's combination were awesome!!
Too good to share!!haha
I had coffee here before and is always good.
Got the nutella ricotta cheese cake to take home - flavours were lovely, staff were nice enough to ask if I wanted garnishes etc - but the actual slicing of the cake left to be desired. I lost my nose tip. $10 minimum for eftpos too.
If you like coffee, you cannot miss this place. The latte was fragrant and smooth. Beautifully presented. Be warn though that medium size is more like a large. I could barely finish mine. Free wifi as well so can stay there the whole day!
Ordered a mocha on a Saturday afternoon, it was pretty decent. It costed $4, which is a bit cheaper than the average price of a small coffee in the city in my experience. It came with a small biscuit too, which I thought was nice.
A nice little place where it is possible to get a decent coffee after 4pm, gasp! What a find! Despite its position in an arcade opposite Town Hall, it feels quite relaxed and homey, with many a customer sitting working on their laptops, ipads etc.
Stopped in a couple of times for coffees - the soy lattes were pretty good, but the long black was below average. Pretty prompt service, despite long lines in the morning.
Really good coffee, nice decor.
The coffee has a smooth body, but is not particularly strong. The iced coffees are a bit bitter at first but has an overall nice flavour. They also do a cold drip for $5 with several blends on offer. This was actually more bitter than the iced coffee, and in my opinion, not as nice (so you’re better of saving your 50c and going for the iced selection).
Great coffee. Small cozy hole in the wall in Regent Place. Has wifi for customers. Friendly staff. Good place for intimate catch ups, or to sit and study.
I popped into BlueBird for what was supposed to be a simple caffeine hit. Instead, I took a sip and decided to savour it over what would be a glorious 30 minutes. Though out of my way, I will be making this a weekly ritual. Wonderful little coffee shop.
Chill vibe with great coffee, light food and music. There was a major shortage of outlets though, so not necessarily the best coffee shop to get work done.
Great coffee with super good all day breakfast! It made my day <3
Nice smooth coffee, not too bitter. I had a small flat white which was $3.80
Consistently well made coffee. Part of my city rotation of places for a caffeine hit. Will not disappoint coffee snobs. They've become more busy as more Tennants have moved in downstairs, with the added foot traffic. Great hidden gem with good service.
Relaxing coffee shop. Excellent chai latte, interesting coffee. Good wifi. Open air walls.
