We had my sons 21st birthday there in April 2022 for 60 people. We had concerns because of a second 21st with 120 people. Great place for a burger and fries before heading off to the footy on the team. You can sit on the balcony and smoke. Plenty of beers to choose from as well. Always a favourite.
Went there for a casual lunch with some mates on a Saturday lunch. It was great. Plenty of room to find a quiet table to talk. Food was really good, and the drinks were cold.
Unbelievably rude staff. Didn't give us a chance to sit down in the VIP lounge before telling us to leave because we were not at a poker machine. We had all intentions of playing and spending a few hours. Our money was better spent elsewhere. If I could give less then one star I would.
The Friday night dinner special was chicken karage, and for 20 dollars I got amazing karage chicken with chips and 2 schooners of Stone & Wood Pacific Ale. Exceptional value to complement the Friday night football.
And the bar and food service was first class. I'll be going back more often.
Not the greatest lunch experience.
1. Asking me to pre-tip, on ordering before I get my food. Not only that, but asking me to tip service where I order and collect myself. You're kidding right?

Went here with a friend for a few beverages and was told to eject premises for no reason, was accused of spitting off the balcony when cctv was shown nothing was seen. Going through faro trading currently as I feel the employees were discriminate
