If you're looking for halal and delicious food, this is the right place for you. We ordered lamb and beef fried noodle. Service was quick. They even provide free soup for the customer. The portion was big enough and can be shared with friends. A must visit when you're in Sydney
Amazing Taste! Explosive flavours! Get in my belly experience.
A must visit and super close to central station
Plenty of space and very friendly staff
👍👍
Surprised by the delicious and well cooked food in this ordinary-looking restaurant. Fried dumplings with crispy crust under, tender and juicy beef and lamb ribs, clear and warm soup with refreshing green herb...... This meal surely warmed up the family after the cold and bright Vivid Show.
Halal certified, generous portion but a little bit pricy for a meal in CBD. One of the best halal restaurant that you can find in Sydney CBD, beware of the long queue especially in the dining hour.

I love this place. Has to be my face Asian cheap eatery that's still made fresh to order !
A glass partition allows you to watch them making your noodles to order, then tossed into the Wok with what ever combo you choose served hot and delicious
FYI there is no pork on the menu
This is my favourite place in Sydney to get my northwestern Chinese style lamb fix and lanzhou hand pulled noodles. You can have your lamb in a range of styles from kebabs, to stir fried with noodles or rice. Most likely it comes with a flavoursome spicy cumin seasoning. It's so addictive, cheap and tasty. Try it out if you're near central station.
The fragrant pork is something really spectacular, the dumplings are also goods.
The price is really good.
The decoration is nothing special but the food deserve it
Chinese Noodle Bar is a quite a generic name for a restaurant but it highly under-sells the handmade dishes on the menu. This north-western Chinese style restaurant is probably one of the only Halal certified Chinese places around Sydney...

So have an open mind about this place as it's most likely a work in progress. It would be interesting to see how it shapes up over the next 12 months.
Chinese Noodle Bar has ruined “ordinary” Chinese food for me, because sweet and sour pork will never live up to this Northern Chinese awesomeness.

Chinese Noodle Bar does a certain style of food that isn't going to appeal to everybody's taste buds, but it definitely has it's fans, it's usually pretty busy when we walk by almost every night
Wonderful prawns. Came here for lunch today and had the kung pao prawns, which were cooked beautifully. The vegetables and the nuts were great too. The service was quick and the prices were reasonable too.
Best lamb dishes. Delicious food, good value, always a returning customer.
A Simple Hidden Gem!. So my mate told me about this noodle bar and I didn't pay it much heed until one day he took me there without me knowing where we were going. It is close to the backpackers hostel near haymarket/central on george st. The seating is simple, but the place was quite full and bustling! We ordered the Lamb Skewers, Chinese Beef burgers, and Noodle with Lamb and Cumin.. Apart from the Chinese Beef Burger being ok, i must say the other dishes were pretty tasty and well filling. The noodle dishes are similar to the ones you would get at the Uyighur restaurants in Chinatown, with a thick spice filled gravy but at this price, you are laughing. I am actually craving to go back and taste the rest on the menu!
Food lover. It serves authentic North west Chinese style cuisine, a novelty in this market. It is for food lovers who dare fall in love with new and un-compromised flavours.

Best noodles. Hand pulled. Fresh made. Excellent texture! Best I've found in Sydney. Fairly cheap. Pay before you eat but can order from your table. I'll be back to try the skewers and dumplings. Toilet out the back through kitchen. 4hr meter-on-street parking but only after hours and weekends. Loading zone otherwise. Some staff have good English and some have next to none but point at the pictures in the menu and you'll be eating delicious food in no time. (Noodle plate is big, can easily share 1 between 2 ppl).
A great experience in the heart of Sydney. It's true that the seats and tables are modest, but the menu and food are exquisite.
You may enjoy a free cup of tea as well.
The staff is friendly and the noodle's chef is extremely talented. You can watch him doing his magic through the kitchen's window.
Bon appetit 😍
This is a somewhat rundown home-style Chinese restaurant specializing in northwest Chinese cuisine. They offer free soup and they also make their noodles fresh (you can hear the sound of dough pounding the kitchen bench). There are a few dishes that they do very well, such as da pan ji, beef noodle soup and lamb noodle soup.
A bit pricey, however great variety of authentic Chinese dishes. Fast service and place is a bit small.
The best priced and taste Chinese food in the middle of sydney CBD. Stone throw distance to central station. They have amazing food with simple sitting area. Must try people if you love Chinese
Huge portions of food. Each meal cost around $13.
Halal food and friendly staff.
No extra cost for takeaway.
Food is really really good. Taste of asian kind of food is strong here.
Choose your own ingredients, your noodles, give to the kitchen and you have a delicious sou. In my photos i have: noodles, Black mushroom, garlic, coriander , crabe ball, squid , mushroom (yes I like mushrooms). Be careful of your choice, the soup is big
first of all, i really like noodles!
This place perfect for enjoying Chinese noodle
I ordered pork belly noodle. Very cool
Some smell of spices but it’s don’t matter.
Nice staff, various menu, good dishes
