Oh my goodness, what a great find. We came for a light breaky before our bridge climb. Coffee was perfect and the little cube of brownie on the saucer sent hubby in to buy a piece. Banana bread was also delicious. Great value and fantastic flavours

They have a pretty good setup overlooking the bustling rocks centre. I liked their breakfast burger with avocado, bacon, egg white and salad.
We went to Firestone for breakfast and absolutely loved it! The food was great and the staff was really nice and friendly. 5/5. Highly recommended. We’d definitely come back.
Thank you for a lovely lunch! Your staff were very friendly :)
We loved everything about this hidden gem in heart of the Rocks, Sydney. The dishes honestly amazed us not only with their immaculate presentation, but with how delicious and flavoursome they all were. We thoroughly enjoyed every thing we tasted!
This restaurant is located in the tourist area of The Rocks. Looks just like a house from the outside, you can choose to dine in several seating area (front, balcony, top floor/inside and also at the backyard area).
We chose the balcony area which was perfect.
During this particular visit we enjoyed their Vivid Lunch/Dinner specials. Such a great deal! Most dishes are only $10 except the scotch fillet/rib eye on a hot stone that is $20.
Every dish was beautifully plated and looked very appetising.
My favourites so far: Aussie wagyu beef scotch fillet, nutrition bowl and tomato spaghetti.
I also love their mango smoothie. So refreshing without going overly sweet.
Located in The Rocks area, this place offers a variety of meals that cater to different dietary requirements. I was pleased to find vegetarian options on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed having the tofu kimchi rice bowl. I would definitely recommend eating outside in the courtyard which is well-maintained with a lively yet relaxing atmosphere.
[invite] Bianca: No longer the tourist trap of yesteryear, do your research and you can find some wonderful little gems in the historic laneways of The Rocks. We have some personal favourites with The Cut, Sake, Pony Dining, La Renaissance and now added to that list, Firestone. I’ll admit that I was initially a little dismissive due to my location bias but I was REALLY proven wrong.
This is easily the best hidden gem in The Rocks. If you come on the weekend you can overlook the hustle and bustle of the weekly markets, or otherwise relax in their extensive courtyard area.
A fantastic selection of brunch and lunch dishes pretty much cater to everyone. The steak served on a hot plate was one of the standouts for me. Beautiful meat and just amazing presentation. Also you HAVE to try the pasta in a bread roll. Once the cream sauce soaks into that bread, it's basically heaven on a plate.
Situated at the heart of The Rocks area, where a lot of tourist and locals come to the area because of this touristy place, has it own benefit to the restaurant. Even for me, I really glad that they open this Korean fusion restaurant on that area since I rarely found any other restaurant except for bar, pub or cake shops around.
The Rocks is a major visual element of Sydney Harbour and Circular Quay, with a dramatic setting at the narrowest point in the Harbour. Visible layers of change are founded on the sandstone topography which gives the precinct its name.
Firestone at The Rocks is an unsuspecting terrace house style restaurant with the perfect location right in the center of the buzzing weekend markets.
The chefs like to turn up the heat, with sizzling hot stone classic Aussie BBQ with an Asian twist. Open from morning to night everyday of the week Firestone is a fully licensed venue, with delicious all day dining classics, fresh juices and healthy options.
Absolutely blown away by the food at this new cafe/restaurant in The Rocks. Situated within a charming heritage terrace building, there is so much character and I love the quiet, leafy courtyard out the back - a real escape from the hustle and bustle of the CBD! I have now visited for both brunch and dinner, and every dish I've tasted is top notch!
For brunch, I'd highly recommend the 'Kimcheese toastie', a play on the classic Reuben sandwich with an Asian twist! Slow cooked kimchi replaces sauerkraut, provolone cheese instead of Swiss and the most delicious truffle aioli - mindblowingly good stuff! I also loved the 'mush-mush' truffled mushrooms with miso pumpkin hummus and poached eggs, and the incredibly photogenic salted caramel brioche french toast - yum!
For dinner, I'm still obsessing over the 'Pane' pasta! I'm not usually a fan of creamy pasta dishes at all but I'm well and truly converted. Featuring beautifully cooked seafood - prawns, calamari, mussels and scallops in a well-seasoned cream sauce with linguine. The best part? It's served in a bread bowl! Pure heaven.
I also loved their signature dish, a sizzling, succulent wagyu ribeye fillet served on a hot stone. It arrived at the table piping hot and despite cooking away on the hot stone, was perfectly medium rare with a perfectly seared crust. It was superbly seasoned so that it tasted incredible on it's own but elevated even more with a touch of flavoursome, herby chimichurri.
Highly recommended!
Great location in the heart of Sydney! The food was tasty, and it’s perfect to stop off and refuel if you are wandering around the city. It’s bang next to the markets, and they have a great array of delicious items! There is a dish for anyone!
Your brunch and dinner options at this venue are second to none! Options galore. Great food, good prices all nestled into the hustle and bustle of The Rocks!
Amazing food and drinks! The courtyard out the back is absolutely beautiful and a great location for booking an event! The Hot Stone Wagyu is an absolute must try!
This 👌#Korean fusion restaurant is now our favourite spot to visit in the heart of the rocks! We tried the breakfast menu at Firestone and loved every dish. Not only was there a wide variety of dishes to choose from, each dish came out with such stunning presentation and tasted even better. We loved how each dish had a subtle Korean influence which worked perfectly to tie together all the flavours.
A few of our favourites included the Kimcheese Toastie, a hint of slow cooked kimchi with truffle aioli, prosciutto and provolone cheese is a must try!
The “Mush-Mush” is great for those who want a brunch fix but a healthy option with truffle mixed mushroom, kale, miso pumpkin tahini, edamame, feta with perfectly poached eggs on sour dough.
The chilli scrambled sticky pork was probably one of our favourites, with huge pieces of pork belly on a warm toasted flat bread this was so tasty, with a hint of chilli and fluffy scrambled eggs to top off the whole dish!
If your feeling extra hungry for breakfast, why not try the steak and eggs, with juicy pieces of wagyu fillet, eggs, sunny side fried egg on toasted English muffins covered in Hollandaise sauce
And to top it all off, you gotta finish breakfast with the French toast covered in fresh fruit, pistachio crumbles and maple syrup!

Firestone is nestled within the busy markets area of the iconic Rocks area of Sydney. You can enjoy a delicious meal whilst watching the hustle and bustle of people going by. Firestone really is Location Location Location! There is both inside and outside dining with a lovely courtyard out the back for casual relaxed times or for events. Being such a lovely sunny evening with some shade outside – we opted for an outside seat.

Their burgers are definitely worth to try and during the weekdays they also have heart lunch bowls selection under $15, what a great deal. Go try their Kimchi bow or Pasta bowl you won’t regret it. I really like its location which is next to the rocks weekend market and just in front of the building where the pancakes on the rocks is located

Perfect with a glass of wine (they have a nice selection to choose from), or in our case, a jug of fruity, white sangria.
Highly highly recommended!!

I visited Firestone to try their Salted Caramel French toast and it was delicious! Located in the heart of the rocks, sitting on the balcony is a nice way to wind down with a cup of coffee too! They have a seperate menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so do check the timing if you want to order a specific dish!
Went here for brunch and found the dishes to be wonderfully vibrant and tasty. I really enjoyed all the dishes I tried - the kimchi bacon toastie, the soft shell crab pasta, and the pork belly with sambal eggs.
The toastie was surprisingly addictive (and the side salad had great crunch), while the pasta had a luxurious flavour. However, it was a bit pricey (~$80 for 2 people including drinks). Also, I felt there were too many cloves of garlic in the pasta and not enough chilli. Overall, one of the nicer brunch places I’ve been to at The Rocks.

You just know that the moment you walk into a cafe or restaurant, the vibe it’s going to be. Happy to say that the vibe @firestonesydney was exactly casual, spacious and friendly. Nestled amongst The Rocks Markets, it’s such a great break away for a cool drink or a delicious meal with family and friends. My favourite dish was the kimchi toastie with truffle aioli, you just know that that combination is going to sweep you off your feet and take you for a tasty ride 😆 followed closely was the Chilli scrambled eggs with sticky pork belly, and that slaw was so epic 😍 salivating just thinking about it again 😂 .
Thank you @firestonesydney for having me and @eatswithmarie for extending the invite 💕 }
Hidden Gem! Went there for brekky on a Sunday stroll through the markets. Ordered corn fritters and smashed avocado. Both were absolutely delicious. Generous portions and delicious meal. Coffee was great and service was lovely. Defiantly recommend
