Nice environment to have breakfast. Near Pyrmont Bay and light railway station, plenty parking space surrounding. The meal price are a bit higher then other cafe , such as small chai 5 bucks and taste normal. Overall I’ll recommend here if just want a peaceful weekend with a cup of coffee🍓😎
Visited Zebra lounge at Pyrmont point for breakfast. Ordered the Avocado, ricotta and lemon, but added a poached egg. My meal was nice, poached egg a little over done but overall I enjoyed my meal. The staff were friendly and prompt with their service. The cafe boasts great views and outdoor seating.
Gluten free toast available. Ordered a poached egg with my avocado on gf toast. Well seasoned and good portion size - lots of avo and two pieces of toast. Nice coffee and the waterfront location is great for people and puppy watching. Service with a smile. No complaints from me.
The food at Zebra Lounge is pretty good and the location is fantastic. The staff are nice, often quite busy. The only really downfall is the price - quite expensive.
I've just read some of the reviews of this place.. and especially the most recent. .WOW! The negatives have come out of issues. What we had was service, food, service, food.
I will recommend the Zebra Lounge to everyone ...
It was Sunday...placed packed...there was seven of us, no booking...the waiters, thank you Edward and Samantha, seated us with alacrity, pulling tables together out of nowhere....Whilst we were being seated, Edward asked, "Coffee, Tea,..VODKA?"...Hillarious..put us at ease....our breakfast? We're from Melbourne, We are agreed..we will catch taxis to have the salmon rosti and the fritters.
Sometimes, things are good, sometimes, things are bad...we saw, we came...we had the Zebra Lounge...miss you already.
Visited for lunch, the location is nice and relaxing. Especially on a sunny day. Service was ok. Ordered a beef burger and a seafood pasta, it was ok, but not wow. Would consider to go back for a coffee, but I wouldn't re-order the same.
Lovely for a wonderful Sunday brunch. Very friendly staff, fast service and fresh, tasty and yummy menu. I had the salmon, wild rice and pea shoot main, and the other half had the beef burger.
Great place with a good view. Service was welcoming and helpful. T2 selection at a reasonable price.
Interesting breakfast selection. I went with the poached eggs, salmon and fritta and it was great. I would go back for more.
It’s a great view and the on the ground level of a number of residential towers. Next door is the Sugaroom Restaurant and Wine Bar. At first I wondered why it was called Zebra Lounge. Sitting outside in the nice sunny area, it feels like a typical restaurant/cafe. But when I ducked inside to use the bathroom, there was tons of zebra themed furniture! I didn’t take a photo, but it was…interesting. There was even a zebra print seater shaped as a giant high heel shoe!
I thank Savichees for their beautiful view and amazing bruschetta. The fruit was lovely to look at but didn't do much else for me. The biscotti was delicious and I'd happily crunch on several slices of that. I sincerely hope the staff treatment that I observed was a once off.
Does My Bomb Look Big In This

With the Jones Bay edge of Pyrmont boasting better scenery, restaurants at the pointy end of Harris Street, looking onto Johnstons Bay, have had a rather hard slog. This doesn’t faze Owner Craig Jarman, who’s already developed a successful weekend brunch trade. He’s now determined to make night-time tapas work. If dishes like Pepper Crusted Eye Fillet with Pear and Raisin Relish ($18) and a bright, citrusy Scallop Salad ($18) are anything to go by, he’s in with a definite chance.
The group of us five walk over to H20 Cafe Pyrmont which was already quite crowded. Seated by the kitchen at a breakfast table big enough for eight people, it felt very spacious and made us feel very homey.
Fantastic location. Outdoor area is lovely over the harbour, but indoors is revolting decor. Food is normal fare. There are some good dishes mixed with some old fashioned plates. Service is more than good - always attentive and very friendly. Sitting on a potential goldmine if they put a bit more effort in.
Hidden Gem. What a great afternoon!! To follow up the amazing view with such quality food and quality service is extremely rare these days but the team at Zebra Lounge completed the trifecta today. Couldn't speak highly enough of the friendly service which clearly sets it apart from other eateries in the Pyrmont area. 10/10 & 5 stars.

Excellent food and service. Love the atmosphere. Made to feel very welcome like one of the family
Well priced, consistently good.. Located on the water at the northern end of Pyrmont, Zebra Lounge is blessed with wonderful water views looking across the harbour towards Balmain. My wife and I have been dining here for years and keep coming back because they serve consistently good food which is well priced for a Sydney harbour view. I love starting my day with perfectly poached eggs and their great coffee. They also have a well stocked bar with a great selection of boutique beers which draws me back of an afternoon. The staff are efficient and lovely. Keep up the good work.
Great. Went to Zebra Lounge last weekend had a wonderful time, service was friendly and helpful, great wine list, food very enjoyable. We will be back had a great time.
Awesome. Very nice food and coffee, menu looked very tasty, I had eggs benedict with salmon, so yummy. The view is an absolute charm, best place to be on a sunny day for brunch.
Sydney's Best Kept Secret. My wife and I had heard about Savichees through a friend who regards it as Sydney's best kept secret.
We went down last Saturday for lunch around 1pm and were both delighted by the waterfront location and bubbly staff. The food was amazing and very reasonably priced for such a gem of a location and cuisine standard. It does get busy but we stayed there till around 3:30. For us, a major part of the attraction was the quirky looking older gent who plays slightly amplified acoustic guitar and sings. He has an outstanding, beautiful voice and maybe the most diverse repertoire of classic ballads and other songs that either of us have heard coming from one performer. We are an older couple and just love the songs he plays. With the combo of great food, great wine, reasonable prices and fantastic position and live music to boot, Savichees is now our favourite.

Great cafe. Ate here for the first time today, not cheap but it is reasonably priced considering the location. The squid salad with walnut and pear is amazing, as is the chicken sandwich with prosciutto. Good coffee (campos). Service was fine, functional but hands off, no complaints though as the food was so good we didn't need a follow up!
They are licensed also, very reasonably priced wines considering the calibre, $8 per glass or $40 per bottle - the NZ Mt Difficulty Pinot Gris is divine and went very well with a lazy Sunday lunch!
Savichees Is Special. The restaurant started in Croydon and went off like a rocket. Unfortunately, because it was successful the owner Craig wanted to do bigger things and move to Pyrmont. What you have to understand about this place is the the owner is the attraction. Craig yells at his staff to get you service, gets you to try exotic wines and beers (often at his expense) and helps you with what food to order. He's full of tatts so he's a bit intimidating to look at but he is so nice. Just passionate about good value food and grog. It's an old fashioned way of dining - communicate with the owner on where to sit, what to drink and what to order. Once you have mastered this you will be looked after like a prince and it will become a favourite place. His duck, oysters, ceviche, asparagus, chorizo, and artichoke salad are all to die for. Croydon misses him.
I have'nt quite made it as far as the food at this picturesque little cafe on the waterfront, but the nutty Schibello blend coffee is made with care. A very good cuppa!
I’ve been here twice and can’t wait to come back again. The venue has lovely water views and the staff are all very nice. The food is exceptional. I highly recommend the zucchini flowers, barramundi fish and the seafood pasta. The wines are fantastic and they make very good coffee too. Also, there’s a very cute resident dog.
Lovely spot near the water especially on a sunny day. We had breakfast here, service was quick, staff was nice and food was good. It seems to be popular not just with locals and will have to come back for a lunch one day as menu looks really good
Perfect spot by the water in Pyrmont. Idyllic outdoor setting with cover & greenery. Extensive menu, full of delicious options with some fantastic seafood options. All the staff are super friendly & attentive. Really an ideal lunch spot, especially in the summer. Dog & baby friendly, they even have their own dog called Seance. Will definitely be back!
What a sanctuary, best seafood pasta in Sydney by miles, a sunny afternoon here will help you forget the world's troubles. In fact I was so enamoured that I forgot to take even one picture of what ended up being a superb afternoon. Great place and absolutely worth the visit. Just don't catch the light rail to John St station, it's close but you have to climb 500 steps to get out , that I managed to photograph Sorry Zebras.
Nice Lunch
Went here with my son for a lunch and We ordered barramundi with risotto and a wagyu beef burger .
We’ll the food was nice , tasty and light on the stomach . I like it.
Delicious food 🤤
Huge menu with lots of variety
Very tasty entrees
The photos are just 2 of the lamb options but the chicken salad is huge and very yummy and you won't be disappointed by the seafood options
Everything is fresh and so full of flavour
Beautiful position, great atmosphere & amazing new menu 👌
We ordered 3 entree size meals for two and despite being entree size they were huge - had to take an entree home in a doggy bag. Even though the octopus salad had coriander, after removing it the salad was exceptional. The music was ambient and very relaxing for two stressed out people. Its located away from the main shops and close to the water's edge. Definitely come again.
Great afternoon, overlooking the water. The food is consistently good over many years. The owner Craig is a local character who knows his wines. Highly recommended. Love this place
