The service here was terrible. Waitresses did not know the difference between different types of coffees and couldn’t even transfer them from the tray to the table without spilling it everywhere. After a long wait time we finally got our food and it felt like it had just come out of the refrigerator. The big breakfast served, everything was cold and the bacon was all fat, as well as having the smallest possible amount of avocado on the smashed avocado on toast. The only positive thing about this restaurant is how the manager dealt with the issue with trying to suggest something to help with the matter.

Location is really nice. Food was really ordinary and price was high for the portion and qality. I ordered catch of the day. Both fish and chips were drench in the oil. Staff was friendly. I didn't understand why there was surcharge on my bill for Saturday. I understand for Sunday and public holidays but why for Saturday?

We wanted to enjoy a nice lunch the adults food came out but kids meal took 45 min and they couldn’t work it out if we ordered one kids meal or 2 meals. The calamari was terrible drenched in oil. Won’t be back! Restaurants at Darling Harbour are not like they used to be and they are overpriced.

The only good thing about this place was that they still provided us with a table even though we were a bit late for our booking and the drinks were good too. But it gets worse from here. Poor service, our waiter who took our order was very rude and was rolling her eyes. We asked her to repeat our order just to make sure it was right, even so they still didn't get it correct when our food was brought out!! The portion sizing was so small for the price they expect you to pay. I was charged $48 for a piece of fatty steak, sloppy mash and mushroom sauce. I could have had better at a pub and for cheaper! The squid entree was very oily also. Oh and it still gets worse, they charged us a surcharge fee on a Saturday of $36!!! Like yeah I understand if it were a Sunday or a public holiday, but a Saturday come on! WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!!! Do not recommend!!

My wife and I were gifted the RedBalloon Progressive 3 Course Dinner by our son. Redeeming the voucher on the RedBalloon website was easy and so was the contact with the restaurants on their websites.
It all started at Adria at 5pm where we were met by a noob manager who had no idea of the Experience but was polite. From then on all was fantastic! The service and food were excellent and Cash, the waiter, looked after us like we were valued customers.
The starters consisted of crispy octopus, calamari, lamb skewers, prawns, dips, bread and it was simply delicious. A glass of wine was provided to wash it all down. Thank you Adria and Cash our lovely waiter.
I highly recommend this Redballoon Experience as I highly recommend the two restaurants and the waiters, Cash and Kelli.

The service here is appalling. We were left waiting at the entrance until we approached the lady with the list of bookings. As soon as we sat down, she ignored us. No water, nothing - and when we tried to make eye contact with her she just ignored us as it wasn’t her job. The other staff were nice and food was okay. Also - love the goblet…….
