Worst service ever. It took 20 minutes for my drink order to be started on... and I was the only customer around. This incident happened on friday 18th about 7:50pm, she started using her phone instead of making the drinks. I don’t understand why she couldn’t use it after, never had a bad experience

The staff was always in a hurry and I felt like I need to talk/order faster. I ordered two milk teas with different ice and sweetness level but they taste alike.

Young ladies who work there, watch what you behaving as you eyes contact between you both and a cheeky smile which maybe a teasing look for others, me! Not sure what's the eye contact in between you two mean, it's not professional and immature, I feel offensive!

Great place, usually staff are very serious some are friendly. But as I write this i was waiting since 9am the worker is 25mins late and I see her walking towards the shop. She doesn't seem to care or even think about opening the shop. Waiting another 5 mins for her to open the shop. No sign of any

Out of all the boba stores that have now crowded this part of the city (specifically this block of George street) this is my only go to! Ordered taro milk tea. Extremely disappointing. Fast service but drink was not made with care. First boba tea I never finished. The taro powder was not mixed properly so the powder was clumpy. Basically drinking clumpy milk tea. Not ordering here again.

The lady was very rude, didnt scan my card after she told me she already did and I lost 3 drinks worth of points. They also tried to put milk in my friends daughters fruit tea and her daughter is lactose intolerant.
