The sourdough here is the best. Fresh baked with no sugar, no yeast, and no additives. The sourdough is made from a 25 year old culture - definitely a must try! The classic and delicious bahn mi are what keep me coming back. There is also a wide variety of delicious sweet and savory treats. Julie, the owner recommends the banana and blueberry scroll.

Service was exceptional! I only wanted a loaf of bread, but couldn't decide as I was visiting my daughter & we have different preferences. Finally I bought a rye bun, a white loaf & paid. Then the owner suggested a bun for my daughter, said it was the best they bake. So how much do I owe you? Nothing he said. I was overwhelmed by the generosity of people who have had it sooo hard during these Covid times...

Excellent coffee! Such crema from the new WEGA machine, hot and full of flavour! Don't ask for sugar, it's not needed. The pastries are BIG and fresh, and reasonably priced. A tip-top breakfast for less than ten dollars, unusual in these inflated times!!
