This cafe offers great service and delicious food. Their sandwiches are only $10 which is pretty cheap for their location. Presentation for their sandwiches are 5/5 because they make it into a love heart. However my sandwich was a bit dry as there was too much thick bread and not enough sauce.

Fabulous Coffee and delicious food! Try Bobby's Wrap! It is a must have! Prompt Service, a friendly, unpretentious atmosphere! What else do you need?

Nice decent fast coffee whilst on the run, I guess this place gets the job done for a local.

The owner was very polite and helpful and suggested some good ideas when I was stuck for what I was craving.

A very good a over average place if you're in the area

Best big breakfast so far! The portion was just right. I like how they plate the dish - eggs on the baguette with bacon, saute mushrooms, hashbrown and tomato topped with light seasoning of butter, olive oil, salt and pepper. Coffee is good too!

I love the place. It ticks all the boxes:. 1. Fast and super friendly service, positive energy, plenty of smiles and every customer is special. The staff is happy to accommodate all of your needs. When I was on a diet, they prepared for me exactly what I wanted even that it wasn't o the menu.
2. Very good prices, freshly made food, great variety.
3. Fantastic coffee served with TLC (I haven't seen and tasted better coffee in Sydney yet, and to the wingers below - make up your mind - do you want hot or cold coffee?)
4. Freshly baked pastries and freshly made organic juices - to dye for!
5. Convenient location, great atmosphere
6. Bobby's by night - you should see for yourselves, but the pasta is absolutely divine.

Bobby's Cafe - Simply great. Bobby's Cafe is undoubtedly one of the cornerstones of Abercrombie St in Darlington. It was a pioneer in the area offering great coffee, the Bobby's Burger (on Turkish bread with their proprietary sauce) and Bobby's Wrap (chicken, sweet chilli, mayo, lettuce, tomato & cheese). The menu is surprisingly large catering for everything from breakie to a late arvo pick-me-up with some of the best home-made friands I have tasted. Also nice to find a place that also knows how to make a great hot chocolate just when you feel like one. Surprisingly many venues don't.
The atmosphere is relaxed. A great place to watch the locals, enjoy the banter and take in the melting pot that is Darlington with it's uni students, local residents and creative-types that make up the regulars.

Very reasonably priced - great service with very welcoming environment. They have a lot more choices of food than expected at first glance , which was a very pleasant surprise. Great place, will visit again.

Great little cafe, small friendly, warm, local vibe. Solid selection of meals from healthy salads to burgers to breakfasts and lots in between. They cater to gluten free, vegan and vegetarian folks with varied options (different milk types, gf bread etc) and a willingness to personalise things where possible. Thank you! Most pleasantly surprised and impressed by 3 key things: 1) pricing (insanely reasonable!) 2) fresh juices, smoothies, acai, coffees and means/ snacks served much later in the day than many surrounding cafes and 3) lovely warm and inviting staff who were now than accommodating with my strange requests👌 Located 5 minute walk from Redfern train station or a minute or so from the bus stops. Ample street parking in the area. Suburbs used to be filled to the brims with gorgeous little cafes like this, sadly many trendy, very pricey, limited menu option cafes have moved into the area. It was lovely to come across this gem. Will be back!😊

I’ve walked past this cafe many times but finally decided to give it a whirl this morning. The queues for coffee exist for a reason because the place is awesome! Great coffee and a huge range of food items. The serving sizes are absolutely massive. There’s a certain electricity in the place also as you get to observe the kitchen in full swing

Very good coffee. Tried brunch many times, the big breakfast was really tasty, the bacon was crispy and the scrambled eggs were soft. (But sometimes they will have the new employee to cook, and they might be very bad at cooking actually). And there are many flies inside the cafe during summer time, so it'll be a bit annoying if we sit indoors. But generally speaking, it's a nice place to enjoy your brunch and coffee with friends.

Small but very homey cafe. It has a couple of tables to sit outside and a variety of things to eat. The service is excellent and the coffees are very good.
