It's very French. The menu, the wine list, the waiters (then again aren't they everywhere?), even the mineral water. This fits really well though. The escargots and the steak tartare are as good as they come. Pricey, but the service and the atmosphere reflect it.
Literally one of the worst steaks I've had in my life. So tuff & chewy. Nice range of wines though.
My wife & I l;ove this great little place. We've been telling all our friends about it and hope that La Brasserie gets the recognition that it deserves.
