Only stopped here for a couple of cocktails. They have a big range of G&T's, and the Lilli Pilli that I had was very good. But the espresso cocktail is absolutely worth going for! Gin Lane is in a great location near other bars and restaurants/eateries. Well worth visiting.

Gin Lane is the place to be for an evening cocktail treat! We came for the all-night happy hour on Tuesday and also enjoyed the cheese board and truffle fries. The selected happy hour specials are for a variety of G&Ts and some cocktails. Note if you want the creative instaworthy cocktails that come in lightbulbs, teapots, birdcages etc. these are all still normal prices. We both tried the “Girls Night Out” cocktail, which was a five step process including edible lipstick, champagne perfume spray, fairy floss and more! Lots of fun and very innovative. I’ll definitely be back to experience more of the fancy gin cocktails.

Came into Gin Lane after having some dinner on the same street and was greeted at the door by a lovely enticing English man (Draco) who swiftly checked our green ticks and sat us down promptly. We were given all the time we needed to talk through the cocktails and be guided onto what we may like, another female brunette Aussie girl was amazing with her customer service as well, very helpful. Had a great time over all would definitely come back, only down was that our table was dirty (hadn't been wiped down) and there was so much excitement and talking I was too shy to ask you guys to wipe it down but otherwise love love love.

Excellent service by staff named shanker. Served hibisicous and rose cocktail and also breaking bad cocktail. It was amazing the way he explained regarding the drinks and his passion regarding the drinks. He has a lot of knowledge regarding gin. Looked super busy but he was very attentive and customer focused. We will definitely back and recommend lot of friends to be there. Thanks

I’m really not sure how I feel about Gin Lane. There’s good and bad.
The good: The venue itself was adorable and charming. The music added to the ambience and there wasn’t a bad seat in the house. The cocktails themselves were actually great. Many of their specials are too focused on presentation for my taste and were very sweet, but to each their own. Their espresso martini was spot on. The weeknight drink specials are actually quite affordable.
The bad: For some reason, there were three different types of menus, which was very confusing. They had a cute newspaper style menu, about 4 individual small menus (each with different items) and an online menu. This was very unnecessary and confusing as a guest. I highly recommend you combine everything into one location to make it easier for the patrons to navigate all of the options. My other complaint was the staff. I asked our waitress for a cocktail recommendation for my friend who had never tried gin and she stumbled on her words, clearly not knowing, and ended up telling us that we can order any classic cocktails and the bar would make it. We clearly wanted to try one of the speciality gin cocktails and instead she recommended we order something that isn’t on the menu? I really think the staff needs to be educated about the menu, particularly the gin drinks, as it is called “gin lane”. That whole experience was quite off putting.
Overall, I probably wouldn’t return on my own accord but wouldn’t complain if a friend wanted to go there. I liked the place and the drinks were good, but I think that navigating the menu situation and not being able to ask the staff for recs outweighs those things for me.

Had an incredible time, came here with my mates for my 21st birthday and had the best time. We were seated and serve by Aaron who made us feel so welcoming and made my night so special. We got a private room upstairs with a balcony and had amazing cocktails and drinks. Could have stayed much longer if we had time. Thanks guys!

Best cocktails in Sydney! Not only do they taste amazing but the entire experience is really special, even theatrical. Always impressed and love this place for Friday night drinks. Highly recommend!

I tried the "light bulb moment" cocktail- contains Tanqueray London dry Gin, fresh mint, lemon and peach, blue Curaçao, rose essence, charged W. Prosecco. What an amazing drink to gaze at and the flavours were definitely there.

This is a great bar to visit if you love gin and other fancy cocktails. They even have gin on tap which is a first. They serve their cocktails in all kinds of unique ways, in a glass ball or in a lightbulb or with a syringe.

If you’re a person who love to bar hop! Gin lane is right next to Blossom Bar!!! They have authentic delicious cocktails!!! Definitely perfect for any day you are thirsty! It definitely will lift up your mood!!! It definitely has lifted mines!!!! The staff here put in a lot of effort to make their cocktails up to their customer’s needs and standards! I would have to rate their presentation 10/10!

I went to Gin Lane for a friends birthday and the service was amazing! The cocktails were presented so well and tasted even better. Our waiter was helpful in helping us choose which cocktails we wanted as we weren’t familiar with Gin. Definitely recommend- great atmosphere and delicious cocktails!

We've ordered the lychee sofa and pineapple drinks a few times. It's nice and flavourful (not watered down like some other places). I like that they put the actual fruit in it too.

It was our first visit to Gin Lane and we were super impressed. Bash was great at recommending and explaining the cocktails we ordered. We also ordered the cheese board and meat boards and they were great. David the Manager was also extremely helpful in recommending a refreshing cocktail to finish with. We will definitely be back.

Took forever to recieve our drinks, we recieved multiple different cocktails, they were all quite awful. The Game of Thrones wildfire tasted like cheap fruit juice and the breaking bad cocktail had a radioactive baggie to pour into the cocktail that was literally salt, the drink was overly bitter and salty, quite undrinkable, the server suggested how to drink each cocktail and although the serving was creative, the drinks thenselves were unpalatable and the price extremely expensive for the lack of service and drink quality. Not recommended.

Candlelit laneway cocktail bar with great atmosphere and excellent service. We ordered multiple cocktails with our favourites being the GoT served with dry ice for a theatrical twist and the Spiced Bramble. Staff were lovely and all to eager to answer any questions we had. Exemplary service, would highly recommend for a date night or quiet drink!<br/>

One of my favourite bars in Sydney. Chill place near Spice Alley with 2 lvls of seating + outside tables, lovely interior (upper level has some tasteful art deco). Love the cocktails here - creative and delicious. The sorbet has really nice fruity flavours and slushy is quite strong - both really good. Shared cocktails are also a fun experience - personally liked the tea, but the fishbowl was a fan favourite

Our second venture to Gin Lane we couldnt wait to visit again. Relaxed atmosphere with wonderful staff and background tunes. Hosts were very knowledgeable with the history of the various gin surprises. My favourite was the Breaking Bad but we enjoyed all the tasty drinks we ordered. Definitely be back. 5 stars 😁😁

Great bar. Service was great very accommodating when it got too cold outside although lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by. Loved the smoke negroni but the fish bowl to share was fun and delicious. Highly recommended

Staying at the Hotel across the street & came across this cool prohibition style Gin Bar last night.<br/><br/>There were a group of us but the service was warm and attentive and the drinks were spectacular!<br/><br/>We started with some wicked G&T`s Strawberry Smack -Gunpowder Plot & Lighbulb drink-all were awesome and so good we are heading back tomorrow night-thats Gin Lane team-great find!

Awesome little gin joint tucked away in a little lane off Broadway. We went on a Tuesday (all day Happy Hour) and the G+T's are approx. $8-$10 each which is incredible! The fancier stuff is more expensive though. The English Garden G+T is amazing I and couldn't recommend it more - the flavours and aroma are perfection!

Had another fun time Gin Lane. AAAAAmmmmmazing cocktail and ambience. Loved this one - Girls Night Out. Raspberry infused gin, raspberry and violet liqueur and syrup, served with a side of fairy floss and a shot of procecco. Yumm!!

The location and cocktails are amazing. Don’t get turned off if you don’t like gin, the waiters will be able to assist you on your preferred taste.....you wouldn’t even know in some drinks it has Gin in it.

Great night at Gin Lane last night with my wife and 2 friends.<br/><br/>Warm friendly service with very knowledgeable staff who suggested some great drinks and also some unusual Gins.<br/><br/>I had the Gunpowder Plot (amazing) and the others had Lightbulb and Automobiles-all 10/10!!<br/><br/>Best night out in a long time-highly recommended and we will be back for more!!

Great vibe and great drinks. The service was really friendly and the value was very very good! My hubby and I really enjoyed ourselves. We headed here for one drink and ended up wanting to try loads on the menu so stayed for 3 hours. It is cosy and approachable. Mid week or weekend - perfect night here! Go for the Happy Hour G&Ts!!

Best night in a long time! Went for one G&T with a friend, and ended up staying all night as the service was super friendly and chilled, the drinks were delicious, we were comfortable and out of the cold and were able just to stay as long as we wanted. Not like these restaurants these days where you get booted off after a certain time. My friend and I loved every drink we had and recommend this place for anyone wanting a great G&T, after work drink or cocktail.We ate loads of the sweet potato chips and also the cheese plate! it was fantastic and a cute little space! We will be back!!

After seeing this place on Facebook we decided to give it a go ! We were greeted by Kelham. His knowledge and service was fabulous !<br/>The building was decorated great and suited the theme perfectly . Even had blankets for the cooler weather . <br/>The presentation of the cocktails was outstanding and the quality of products used were of the highest standards . The atmosphere was so good that before we knew it a couple of hours had passed and the place was full . Visited recently, early on a Saturday evening with my husband and loved it. I was going to try a Singapore Sling from their happy hour menu but went with the Hibiscus Rose Fizz instead. The glass was amazing, I have never seen a glass like that. My husband went for the Gunpowder Plot and he loved it. As he is from the UK he really appreciated the sentiment of the cocktail. We had a few cocktails each and felt really relaxed the whole time we were there. We had a dinner date afterwards but we wished we could have stayed to try a few more cocktails. There are so many cocktails on the menu that I can't wait to try and all of them are so varied. Sometimes you go to a bar and the cocktails all seem to have the same base ingredients, not here. They all seemed unique and I could have spent a lot longer pouring over the menu. Cant wait to go back for a girls night.

Gorgeous venue, a place to really take your time to look over the menu and relax. Both cocktails that I had were beautiful and the theatre of the smoked cocktails was fantastic. Food was great - we ended up ordering more to try as we enjoyed it so much.
