Fantastic little pub with a nice family vibe. Meals were quick and super tasty, great cold beer, and relaxed feel. Will definitely be back!

Very small pub, a hidden gem. Good burgers. Outdoor seating by the park. Jazz on Sundays. Dog friendly and allowed indoors

This is a review just for the pub as I didn't stay on site. We went on Saturday and sat outside in the little open courtyard area as we had a dog. It wasn't too busy and it seemed like they were preparing for a busy night ahead. We ordered at 2:30pm and received our food in 20 mins. We got the arancini (4 large ones on a plate with aioli and squid ink), along with the TLC and the OG burgers. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were also so friendly, nearly every one of them came and spoke to us and played with our dog. They even turned the outdoor heater on for us as it was a bit cold in the shade of the trees (early June). Would definitely visit again!

MISSY THE CAT RETURNS! This be the one. The Wolseley's my favourite pub in Sydney, or, now that I think of it, in all of New South Wales. Ancient, small, worn, drafty, of shabby chic, a heritage building in a heritage street, the sort of place one finds only by happy accident, Old School in all the best and most essential ways. It's not for everyone, but if it's for you then it's REALLY for you. When I win the lottery, I will buy The Lord Wolseley and then keep it the same forever. Be there or be square. Missy The Cat Star Ratings: 5 - a place of rare genius that merits repeated return visits 4 - a strong effort with no major shortcomings 3 - a solid, worthy effort with perhaps one important thing to fix 2 - several important things wrong, but at least one important thing right 1 - can't be given a zero, doesn't deserve a dollar (as of review date)

The really typical family corner pub. Meals for adultos and kids. Choice to take the meal to the outside pocket park adjacent to the pub. Perfect for those with dogs like me. It was families, couples and singles for what seemed everyone chatting with everyone. I am not from this area, but was chatting to this family for a while as I was sipping my beer. Will comeback.

Lots to love about the Lord Wolseley. They are dog friendly which is a plus. They've brought back jazz, which is great. Menu is a bit hit and miss, we find. I find their small sharing plates to be better than the mains. Not a flash place but has good service and they let you spill out to the park which is nice on a sunny day.

Simply lovely pub with a real history. Great outside area where you can sit and have a drink. Food awesome. Often has Grifter Brewery on tap. Consistently good Tooheys Old or Monteith’s Black (well cellared) Whilst kids not really allowed inside there's plenty of room outside for them to run about.
