Sussex centre has a food court at level1 with good variety of Asian foods at really fair price. My personal favourite is Ma's kitchen and often order my take away there.

It's busy with locals. Getting food is an amusing challenge but it's all pretty good stuff. They have a lot of competition in the area so if they aren't good they miss out. Some cool boutique shops on lower levels. But food court upstairs is great! Something for all tastes, especially MA's Kitchen. There's even a "drinks" outlet that sells all types of drinks (including beer etc). Clean environment too
