This place was a little confusing to find, but once we got there it was all worth it. We were given a seat at the window with an amazing view of the Harbour Bridge by Camila, who was amazing and extremely attentive whilst also making the experience fun. Drinks came quickly and were BEAUTIFUL as well
Beautiful interior and great location. The drinks were ok, though in general this place is perhaps overrated. Service was not great, neither was the food, e.g. corn chips were stale and guacamole was served in a small takeaway dipping sauce tub 😰
Went here for a friends birthday brunch. The cocktails were really good and reasonably priced. The staff were all amazing, Justin in particular went above and beyond with the hospitality and came through with shots on the house for all 6 of us which were also the best shots we’ve ever had. got cocktails 'mango no. 5' which was delicious, and the 'blue lagoon' which is also nice!!
offers plenty of small share foods, i got the sweet potato chips with chipotle sauce. it was a good size, though there are some dishes i saw which were essentially snack sized.

Stayed pullman quay grand syd harbour motel which treated us like family... and what an Experience at the Hyde hacienda bar!!! this place ❤❤❤ every moment of it!! the views were spectacular along with the food and drinks...😊😊 manager what can I say what an awesome guy!!!
I had my birthday there yesterday and it was amazing. The staff were very thoughtful, the cocktails were very nice, they kept my cake in the fridge and brought to me later with the candles on. The view is awesome with the wharf and Harbour Bridge. I really recommend the place 😊 Thank you so much!
