Great service. One of the staff dropped a carton of drinks on the floor. Was quick to clean up.
The vegetarian burger is amazing. Very nice and friendly staff. Very hardworking people. Truly loved the food here. It's one of the few places that makes good vegetarian burger s.👍👍
Always awesome tasty burgers with friendly service. Our kids love the kids pack and the latest heroes toys. Waygu beef burger was super juicy and full of flavour. The chips share plate is always a family favourite. Highly recommended.
Great burgers, we went for the fake meat ones and they were excellent. The only thing was it took so long to order (no one at the register) and also it took soooo long to get our food. But after we got it it was delicious.
Food is ok but wait was way too long. 20 minutes and no food, had to ask wait staff. Still waiting. Manager was on her mobile consistently. Not sure if understaffed or just disorganised. A bit too focused on delivery meals and not physical customers. Disappointing, especially given burgers are $15.
I have arrived at the store twice, when it has been closed. However, it was advertised online to be open on both occasions? Management needs to be more proactive and update the operating hours accordingly.
We usually like Grill'd but this was Bad. So expensive 54 dollars for fast food. The chips I ordered were missed, then I was charged for them. They did throw in a free sauce. I think if you're charging 8.90 for chips you should include sauce. Come on, this is extortionate.
