It's not so much a novelty gelato place as it is a hyped-up IG food hotspot. If you're up for forking out $10 for a single scoop of ice cream coated in churros-ish batter. Would have given this 3 stars if the staff was friendlier.
Had the Golden Gate Time. Ice cream wasn't very flavoursome as it was supposed to be Dulce de Luce but very weak. Large serving but definitely wasn't worth $10
The kids enjoyed it, and so did I. A little pricey, but good quality. The fit out is started to look a bit 'tired' though. Not much seating, but not really a problem.
The shop is small with not much seating, but it isn't that much of a problem since it's usually pretty quiet. The ice cream in the tubs were very nice, especially more so with the price. The ice cream sandwiches were a bit messy to eat but they were smooth and creamy just like the ones in the tubs.
The ice cream man in the shop was super friendly and had some great advice on which ice cream to try (all of them!). We decided to try one each, the chocolate marshmallow cookie and the blood orange sorbet with suggested toppings (I forget the topping name) and they were amazing! We will be back one
Went here on an ice cream date with my friend- had a milkshake and ice cream sandwich with deepfried ice cream all dishes were more-ish...
extremely overpriced and probably the one of the most disappointing ice creams i've had. 10 dollars for a cup of chocolate soft serve with stale and bland tasting toppings left me feeling pretty annoyed after coming here. we threw our ice creams out.
If you're in the mood for fancy ice cream, Good Times at Potts Point is your place to go. Menus change on a regular basis, whether it be their sundaes, ice cream sandwiches or soft serves.
