I've never have Uighur cuisine before, and this place has blown me away. We had the chicken stew with potatoes and handmade noodles. The chicken was marinaded with East European/West Asian herbs and spices, making it's flavour a little bit different to that of the typical Han Chinese food. The handmade noodle were al dante, the texture is just spot on. In addition to that, we also had lamb skewers. Although they're a bit on the salty side, the skewers were well-marinaded and the lamb was tender.
Waiting staff is quite attentive, price is reasonable. I would come back for more.

Below average food. Lamb was not cooked properly and the naan was not fresh. Ordered mild level chilli but still some of it was very spicy.

Wonderfully tasty and interesting cuisine. Specialty is the doughy /chewy noodles with meat and vege. A little on the pricey side though.

Don't speak much English. Says cash only but have credit card facility, don't know why they hide it, tax may be. Overpriced. If you know what you want then may be it will work out for you otherwise take a chinese friend with you:)
