Visited the place for dinner with colleagues with one of them being a vegetarian. There were a lot of options to choose from. The service was quick and food was nice.We tried their roti kaya which was the winner. The prawn pineapple fried rice was also good.Had bean and tofu salad with peanut sauce, fried tofu and grilled chicken.
Visited again and tried their crab fried rice, roti hawall, fried chicken and snakebeans. This time was left a bit disappointed with their fried chicken as the meat wasn’t fresh.
Great food and very friendly service. Loved their Roti and Mee Goreng Prawn Noodles! Those r our favorite out of everything we ordered. They put a lot of plump prawns in it!! Their Malaysian tea/coffee drink was delicious and also a fav and I liked how they made it extra hot temp per my request. We also had the vegetarian Morning Glory plate of sautéed vegetables, deboned chicken, and lamb korma.....all were good.
Food Flavors at Darling Harbour, to my surprise, was better than the Mamak located in Chinatown. I like the Darling Harbour location more also cuz it is more open floor plan, less noisy, friendlier service, and less crowded compared to Chinatown one. But prices at Darling Harbour is slightly higher.....I think it’s worth it :-) also, the Darling Harbour has a bigger menu selection. One thing from the Darling Harbour menu that is lacking is the delicious fried chicken w/bone which is on the China Town menu.....I hope Darling Harbour adds this item to their menu one day cuz I love fried chicken w/bone.
The vibes in restaurant is on the quiet side which I found relaxing, cozy, and the decor is beautiful. There’s no waterfront view.
I will most definitely eat here again!! Yummmm!!
We were very happy with their service. Food also quite delicious. We ordered roti canai, nasi lemak, soft shell crab fried rice, soft shell crab with mango salad, fried chicken ayam berempah with extra chips and belachan morning glory (kangkong).
We enjoyed all dishes and my husband ordered the tarik and he was also happy with the tea.
Plenty of seats in this chain. Love the decor with a feature wall. All dishes were quite good. Highlight was the dessert at the end. One of the best shaven ice desserts I've ever had.
Good food! Crab and chicken is good! The highlight is beef, really soft and tender!

The food was good i liked it alots.. we got to order of both restaurants menus as the own owns both
My one complaint is on one menu the drinks are cheaper then the other but you get charged the higher price.
The staff is kind. Nice . And come check on the table during service to make you feel at ease
For 3 people we got 2 starters 3 meals a side and 2 drinks about $110
Highly recommended Malaysian restaurant! Visited here a little while ago with family in a group of four using a voucher. There was so much food we all waddled home like penguins when we finished up.
We could not decide between the pineapple or soft shell crab fried rice so we went for both and they were equally superb. The fresh drinks were really nice and helped with the nice spicy dishes we ordered.
The beans were great, satay tender and delicious, and the roti were to die for. We are already planning to return with others as I know my niece will devour a plate of the beans by herself.
We checked all the food places in the centre and came back here because it smelt really good. Definitely not disappointed. Shared the Char Koay Teow and Singapore curry fried noodles, extremely happy ,awesome meal especially for the price( $12.80 lunch special). Left feeling very full.
Very friendly and kind staffs, we ordered Nasi Lemak, Penang laksa and Hainan Chicken Rice. We waited a while but the food was definitely worth it for the wait and the price.
Would definitely come back again.
Ate dinner with the family here because of a Scoopon voucher.
The food was quite good. Enjoyed all the dishes we selected but we had to wait 30 mins for the dessert (Ais Kacang). I think they must've forgotten to action the order.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable.
The soft shell crab was made really well, the coconut rice was excellent, and the roti was soft and fluffy on the inside but crispy on the outside.
If we ever want Malaysian whilst at Harbourside, we will definitely come back.
The service was deplorable, apart from having to wait over an hour for a meal that we had to cook two items were left off the order and the manager said it's too hard to work out a refund . The bbq lunch special was good for $28 but the wagyu was overpriced and not really good @ $88 for 3 pieces. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible but the restroom is downstairs near the food court. Despite the criticism this place has potential. We will visit again to try something different on the menu.
Revisited and ate in the other part of the restaurant. The meal was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. A 4 star award for the second visit.
Malaysian food that is quite authentic but a little on the pricey side. Char Kway Teow was excellent and the rotis were fluffy. I didn't get to try the chicken rice because my kids loved it so much. Will definitely come back again since it's so conveniently located in Darling Harbour. Not great for large groups because they're mostly small tables. They just opened not too long ago so everything still looks new, clean and decor looks Malaysian.
