I got a Pad Thai take away it was given out really fast and tastes pretty good. My personal experience was very good so I would go back for more pad Thai
We went for lunch on a Tuesday. It was busy but the wait wasn't too long.
We ordered beef pad see ew and chicken pad thai using Groupon vouchers for $7.50 each dish. Amazing value for money for the CBD location.
Pad see ew was amazing with a nice smoky flavour, while the pad Thai was good but not as good as the pad see ew.
Highly recommend the pad see ew!
Fast, efficient and delicious. I came in with a groupon voucher and had a chicken laksa ($13.5). The broth was creamy and had the right amount of spice for me. Not the best chicken, nice big hunks of tofu and you get two types of noodles - vermicelli and hokkien. Buzzer service and you can dine in separate from the actual food court. Not too bad.
Thai Riffic is a slice of Bangkok in Westfield Sydney’s food court. We recently took advantage of a Groupon deal for half price noodle dishes ($7.50 each) and set ourselves up for a Thursday night dinner. Tofu and Vegetable Laksa. Craving something spicy, I ordered the Tofu and Vegetable Laksa. My initial impression of it was very positive. I liked how they used the proper noodle combo: Hokkien and vermicelli noodles. The tofu was fried to give an extra crispy, tasty exterior, perfect for soaking up the sweet, spicy laksa soup. This was one of the best Thai laksa’s I’ve had in a while.
My go to Thai restaurant when I am in the CBD area. They make nice noodle dishes with chicken and my favourite dish is papaya salad with bbq chicken and rice. Papaya salad is always fresh and they make it extra spicy as per my request. Chicken is succulent and well marinated through the meat. One thing I noticed is the food is in general very nice except the peak hour lunchtime. I have had few occasions the chickens in the noodle tasting alittle reheated (gamy)when they are very busy. I recommend avoid peak hour if you are sensitive like me. Friendly staff and servings are generous.
Needed a fast lunch. Ordered their phad thai. Succulent and generous shrimps (about 6 large pieces), complete with crushed peanuts and bean sprouts. No complaint. Big portion.
We ended up at Westfield Sydney Shopping Centre, which houses an excellent array of food court eateries. After a quick overview of the choices available, I ordered the Pad Thai from the Thai Riffic Noodle Bar. This was the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had. There was heaps of chicken, lightly fried onion and capsicum adding lots of flavour and the sauce wasn’t too sweet. An excellent, inexpensive and recharging lunch.
Ever popular Thai cuisine comes from Thai Riffic, which has a great, long communal eat-in table inside a temple of sorts, with a silver idol at the end overlooking proceedings, or so it seems.
Seriously awesome takeaway stirfries! Love the vegetable with egg noodles and cashew nut - yummy!!
Excellent. I've been to the Westfield food court three times and I've had Thai-riffic twice. Consistent with their yumminess and generous with their portions. Win.
Came here for a late lunch second time round my partner had the chilli chicken and rice with cashew nuts, i had the vegetarian Pad Kee Mao was absolutely delicious and customer service was lovely..
Highly recommend :)
Got the octopus pad see ew and it was good! It is obviously not the best Thai place in the city, but it’s a good place if you want to quickly satisfy your Thai cravings.
The portion was also great for the price ($15.5 for this) and there were lots of octopus.
It's got the cbd surcharges and a credit card surcharge, but it's nice and also half the food court isn't open yet.
Yaya who took my order has exceptional customer service skills. Food 5/5
I’ve been coming here everyday for lunch and always satisfied it does taste authentic tried most of the menu and not one day I was served fresh frozen chicken ( sunnys review) the service is very friendly and the food tastes fresh
