I ordered tempura ramen, chicken katsu curry and gyoza. Ramen broth was tasty and the tempura (one piece prawn and kaki-age) were crispy and nicely deep fried. Chicken was cooked well and the separate curry sauce was robust in taste. Gyoza was ok.
Depending on what you oder the food can go either way. The curry Chicken katsu is quite nice. The atmosphere is terrible shocking lighting and all the furniture needs to be replaced immediately it’s all very old and worn
Very authentic flavours at this contemporary unassuming ramen ya. The menu is immense and from what I had (Tan Tan Ramen) it was delicious down to the last spoonful of spicy broth. I added extra chashu ptk which I didn't like as much, however the chicken karaage more than made up for it.
So sorry to hear that you a closing! I loved your delicious and healthy meals. Staff were always welcoming. Will be so missed! Bondi Ramen was the best Japanese restaurant where I could pop in and come out nourished!
