Ordered Rendang but was fatty. The boiled egg was over cooked. The tray was dirty. The lime drink had a lemon in it. And the toilet had no tissues. They really need to up their game. Hopefully the management notices and improves their service.
Could be the worst nasi goreng I’ve ever had. Yes that is a picture of the nasi goreng. Don’t mistake it for a salad. I was so confused when I went to pickup my order. I looked at the bowl and told the lady behind the counter “no, I had ordered a nasi goreng”! This was the tofu option and was $13. P
I ordered chicken laksa for lunch. The portion is quite big. But the temperature of the soup could be a bit hotter.
With it's famous Laksa and Hainan Chicken Rice on the menu, there's no need for any further review on how good Ipoh is as a restaurant. But unlike it's other shop at York Street which is always crowded during lunch, this shop here is the perfect place for a stress free lunch break. It's got enough

One of the best Laksas in town, and not in a usual dungeon. The skylights really make this place a good place to hang and eat a laksa. However, they have recently changed to all disposable cutlery and crockery. This I don't like so much
