Very delicious noodles and soup! Shop are a bit small but it filled with Japanese culture environment. Staffs are friendly and approachable. Will visit again if got chance.

My Ramen just look like spagethi or instant noodle , not like REAL RAMEN , i tho they said JAPAN RICE in katsu , but they served BAD RICE on my plate , n my chicken katsu SUPER DRY like been sitting over weeks in microwave šŸ˜‚ , its not fresh food , at least the staff is friendly šŸ‘
Was not planning on eating ramen tonight but walked past this place and saw they had volcano ramen (love my food spicy) and spicy soft shell crab. My compulsiveness was rewarded with such a wonderful combination. Sorry, the soft shell crab was just too tempting and I forgot to take a picture.
I have tried their Ramen which is just good but nothing exceptional compared to other Ramen options one has in the city. I canā€™t say the staff is rude but they arenā€™t friendly either. They charge you a surcharge on card as well regardless of the spent amount.
If youā€™ve already tried ramen at some of the best ramen restaurants in Sydney i.e. IPPUDO, I would think twice about walking in. Ajisen has been around for a while and their ramen always missed that 10% of magic. Thereā€™re so many great ramen restaurants in Sydney these days, and all the ramen joint
I loved this ramen before. But today I ordered vegetable ramen, and the mushroom inside is unfresh, it's tasted sour, not the normal taste!!!
Got the Special Tokusen Ramen via UberEATS. And the meats was tender and broth was creamy. It was so delicious. Loved it.
