Nourished myself with a nourish bowl and your good ol’ long black. It’s a nice chill spot right outside reject shop on the second floor, hidden away from most of the crowd lurking in the shopping center. The bowl is nicely balanced, with a zesty sour flavor that stimulates your appetite a lot, some may find it a little too sour but I personally needed it to neutralize the egg yolk. The coffee was good too. Things are reasonably priced and I think it’s a good place for a brunch fix.
Don’t be caught out by the stereotype of a shopping centre cafe. Three beans is a great cafe located inside Broadway shopping centre. This cafe has rustic styling, it is a large space and has a stack of magazines and papers to read whilst you wait. A good spot to dine in and take a break. There are also plenty of take away options if you are in a rush maybe a pre made wrap, sandwich or cake and coffee to go.
Granola and matcha Pannacotta...
I think this dish fit for Breaky, lunch or even afternoon snack/dessert.
The awesomeness from seasonal fresh fruit such as blue berry, raspberry and strawberry sings very well with a touch of bitterness from matcha.
In my opinion they use a touch more gelatins to set the dish but overall still nice and wobbly.
Unfortunately coffee is just average, need more kick on caffeine
Was shopping at Broadway Shopping Centre so decided to stop by this outlet for a drink. It is located on level 1. Grab a menu, order and pay at the counter. The service was friendly.
I had a Malabar Chai Brew. I loved the hints of honey and cinnamon in it. It was just right and a reliable favourite.
I was in the mood for a cold beverage, when I dropped into Three Beans cafe. Nice name! They have limited seating inside, but tables are outside as well. Can get crowded during weekends.
I ordered a chocolate milkshake. The difference in size between their 'small' and 'large', is a lot! So it makes better sense to go for the larger size, at just $2 more. The service was pretty quick.
Now the milkshake itself, while being yummy, wasn't really exceptional. It had the standard chocolate b taste. I was expecting something a bit more special, but still it wasn't bad at all. I'll probably try some of their other beverages some time.
Food - 3.5/5
Ambiance -4/5
Service - 4/5
Value for money - 4/5
Overall = 4/5
Its always good to have a drink and relax for abit after shopping. Had mango smoothie, it's ok but taste abit syrupy... tried their coffee before and it taste good though.
Despite the location, it's actually a pretty decent organic café serving excellent coffee, iced tea, attractive cakes, and lovely fresh sandwiches (mine was a generously stuffed brown roll with smoked salmon and red onion). Illuminated by a quite spectacular light fitting, the centrepiece is a large communal wooden table, where you can sit enjoying a coffee or some homemade soup and wa
Great Coffee. Excellent Coffee. The whole coffee process is fast, efficient and very agreeable. I get my morning coffee from Three Beans every day and I'm always satisfied with the coffee and the service.
Great coffee but service and food are ordinary. Go for the coffee.
Coffee is great food is average. Service is so so. If it wasn't for coffee this place may not make the cut. Three bins coffee has a unique multi-layered taste (I could count at least three distinct tastes from beginning of mouthful to the end) that could only be described as one of the best I ever tasted in an Autralian cafe.
