We came here for a quick Saturday morning coffee with our dog. The service was great- we were greeted immediately and seated. We ordered a soy mocha (made with real chocolate) and soy cappuccino. Both delicious, creamy and yum.
Came here for a Sunday brunch with a couple friends, limited indoor seating but plenty outside (probably not the best when weather is chilly!)
Ordered halloumi toast, eggs on toast, and fried chicken + waffles. Halloumi toast was great, there was nothing particularly special about the eggs on toast, and the chicken + waffles was subpar.
Environment was really nice, situated in a well lit and comfortable place! Can definitely see why it’s an Instagram fave.
Would I come here again? Probably, but it wouldn’t be my first choice - food is on the pricier side and there are surcharges on Sundays+public holidays.
Decided to walk down from NCIE past the places I lived as a child, up past my primary school which is diagonally opposite to Baby Coffee Co to sample the fried chicken and waffles, with a gin cocktail because why not. Both the dish and my cocktail were delicious. Also had a decent piccolo. Friendly staff, with great service. A pretty cafe too.
Went there on Saturday morning and only a few people there
I really like the coffee cups but I don’t understand why they use coffee cups for hot chocolate when I dined in.
Baby Benny was delicious. The croissant smelled like milk and the tomato relish in it was so tasty. I replaced the smoked bacon with maple bacon for $2 extra. It was worthy!
Big Man Ting tasted like McDonald’s Big Mac but doubled the price.
The service was pretty good and everyone was friendly. The price is a little high though. Pretty much everything is around $20 and portion of food is not big.
Instagrammable AF, i love this cafe, whether is takeaway from Hey You! app or sitting down for brunch dates. It is super dog friendly outside and we love them for it. . Menu hack: i got a banana bread with a side of soft serve and hundreds and thousands . See this in the app

In this set menu we got...

🍅Basil pesto mascarpone tart, roasted vine ripened tomatoes, parmesan crisp, aromatic oil
Main:
🍚Asparagus risotto, goats ricotta and hazelnuts

Everything from both visits tasted great! Everything was very well balanced and presentation was very aesthetic. Their cafe ambience is very pink and great for sneaky photo opportunities haha! Service was lovely, staff are very nice and attentive! x

Cute cafe situated in waterloo. The food was great and the service was good. The eggs benny had all the right elements and the truffle pasta was good although the pasta was a little overcooked. However, would come back to try the rest of their menu !!
Bianca: Pink velvet seats, a neon sign, Drake blasting, bottomless mimosa’s, clean white lines… (and not the ones you disappear to the bathroom for) you just know Alejandro is going to be all over this place! Baby Coffee Co opened late last year and has quickly become a strong fixture in the brunch department. I was mostly drawn to the pancakes, Alex was mostly drawn to the selfie opportunities.
Went here a month ago and even though there is hype over Instagram, it was worth it! Came early on a Saturday morning so there was no wait. The food looked and tasted good. All the ingredients were of good quality. The staff were friendly too.
I’ve been here for brunch a few times and dinner a few times.
The food is always tasty, well presented and always exciting. Coffee and drinks are fantastic. Brunch cocktails are fun and tasty. (I tried a few)
Staff are always really friendly and accommodating (I’ve been with my dog and also a relative in a wheelchair).
Love coming here and sitting outside in the sun at brunch or inside for a cozy dinner.
Came here Sunday for lunch, as we had passed this place couple times. It was busy already, no queue but only couple tables left. Located on a corner block & ground floor (below apartments), gives a wide-angle view of the crossroad, especially with their outside bar table. Dominated by white paint & pink chair, make this place looks bright. We order, "bacon" (pork belly) and egg roll, came with pork belly, two fried eggs, capsicum jam & aioli. Others are fried chicken flatbread with same herb salad with chipotle mayo. For drinks, single-origin child brew and white rose pot of tea. All looks appealing and taste pleasant, but not exceptional.
First off, I came to this cafe to take some snaps for the gram cos the place is just too cute and pink! I wasn't expecting anything on the food as me and my friends went there just to take pictures.
However, the food surprises me! We ordered the infamous espresso panna cotta, mushroom fussilli, fried chicken on flatbread (i believe) and the bacon & egg roll. Everything was surprisingly delicious! My favourite would be the pasta. Although I generally don't enjoy mushroom, but the sauce of the mushroom pasta just tastes so good! My least favourite out of what we ordered would be the espresso panna cotta (eventhough it is still good) because I can't really taste the espresso. But my friend did say they can taste it so idk if it's only me haha.
Overall i would 100% recommend everyone to give this place a try! Not only will you get a good gram pic but a satisfied tummy as well!
Cute cafe located near Waterloo Park. Very filling dishes with the loveliest presentation and aesthetic pink interior 😊 Their hotcake had perfect texture and the pasta was also delicious. Should definitely check them out!
In Short: Little touches, including embroidered napkins and plush velvet pink chairs, suggest that you are in for something a little more sophisticated at Baby Coffee Co. Have someone on your table order up the bacon and egg roll and load up Uber, so that you can splash out on the bottomless mimosas!
Yesterday my friend and I went to the famous pink cafe and I felt like we were in dreamland. I had the caramel and malt milkshake, one of the most interesting thing I have ever drink. I enjoyed it but I think the malt flavour was a bit stronger than the caramel. I also had the double beef patties burger and Cacio e Pepe chips! The beef patties were juicy and the cheese with the chips were delicious! Seriously I could barely eat anything after that. Of course both of us had the customary photo with the wall in the end to conclude our experience. Definitely would love to go back again to try the pasta!
Brilliant spot for a mimosa brunch when it’s a gorgeous day in Sydney. Bottomless mimosas for $20 as long as there is food on the table. Mimosas come out in different juices and if you’re driving, can be purchased individually as well. Would recommend the Avo toast with a poached egg for brunch and for something more filling for lunch the burger with fries or the chicken salad. Would also go back for bottomless mimosa lunch and try the pasta of the day. There are also pastries and donuts to have with great coffee for afternoon tea!
Cute little hipster place. Bit of a random menu, but the food was good nonetheless. The staff were friendly and the food and drinks came out exceptionally fast.
ottimo posto per una sosta dopo aver visitato la città tutti devono passare da Baby coffee per un ottimo pranzo o cena, ottimo servizio si vede la professionalità in cucina e ai tavoli.
Baby Coffee in Waterloo is a cool concept. I absolutely love the styling here, right up my alley. White wired framed chairs outside and pink velvet inside, bright pink neon signs and pink menus on the table - I really loved the setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got a coffee each and also breakfast. The menu has interesting options and they do open for dinner as well. I ordered the espresso pannacotta which was lovely he plate was smeared with Nutella and topped with grains, nuts and fruits like kiwi fruit, strawberries and blueberries. Whilst it looked beautiful and the pannacotta itself was tasty, I feel it was a little underwhelming on the flavour front - perhaps some tastier granola? My friend had the scrambled eggs on toast and it tasted good, though could be a bit more decorative think micro herbs or flowers. I’m interested try other menu options because it all sounded nice. Also has a liquor license and cocktails on the menu.
Food, service and ambience are all great. They do brekkie with heaps of space for your dog to join, lunch and cocktails in the afternoon, and dinner and drinks at night. In a great area next to waterloo oval.
Overall the food, coffee, service and vibe was good.
Coffee was smooth with a refreshing bite. Toppings on the hot cakes was yum & looked amazing although hot cake it self was a little dry. New twist using a capsicum jam (loved the jam - next time I will ask for more) & pork belly on the bacon & egg roll was a nice, though I think the crunch of the bread was missing...lightly toasted would have made the roll.
Ordered: Maccicato, Cappuccino, cinnamon hot cakes, bacon & egg roll.
Trendy cafe tucked away in Waterloo. Service was friendly, decor fun and menu interesting. For instance, they take a regular bacon and egg roll, replace the bacon with pork belly and blow your mind! I’ll be back for the bottomless mimosas for sure!
Loving this new spot in Waterloo!
I have been here several times now, mostly on a weekday morning around 10am when it has not been busy.
Customer service is faultless. The charming gentleman is always enthusiastic about service and loves to make conversation. Coffee and food comes out quickly.
Coffee has been great every time. Their cold drip is beautifully filtered and is one of my favourite spots to grab one.
I’ve had the Avocado Pesto Toast, Hotcakes, and the Espresso Pannacotta. Loved the Avocado Pesto Toast especially, and my friends reportedly liked their dishes too.
Cocktails are served here too. There is a bottomless mimosa option, and their Espresso Martini with lemonade is an unusual but exciting way to enjoy an old classic.
Definitely take your girlfriends here. It’s adorable and great for pictures!
Delicious Brunch, super friendly staff and great atmosphere! I had the Eggs Benny in a croissant and I’m still thinking about it months later! My friend also enjoyed her fried chicken waffles. We decided to add on the bottomless Mimosas which are so reasonably priced! The venue is really nice and I can’t wait to go back and take more of my friends! My only feedback would be that I would love to see an option to pay a little bit more and have stronger Mimosas, as we felt we were drinking mostly orange juice. Marked 1 star down because the Tiramisu kind of let’s it down as it seemed like 95% cream. Thank you for such a great experience on a Saturday afternoon :-)
We had brunch here on Easter Monday and it was gorgeous! The cinnamon hot cake was delicious and so filling! The hot chocolate was so good that it was hard not to drink it all at once! Service was great too! Would recommend!
Cute pink theme throughout the cafe. Make sure you book ahead do you don't have to wait. the food isn't too bad, we did a bottomless brunch here which was great. The cocktails are delicious.
Really stoked about my experiences at Baby. I’ve popped in more than a few times and the food has always been super delicious. The coffee is always perfect, and the staff have never mucked up my unnecessarily complicated order. They’ve always been super friendly and happy to have a chat whenever I pop in. We recently got them to cater for our sports team, and their Brekky rolls went down a real treat with the lads. Overall I really love this place as my local coffee shop, the folks seem really genuine and passionate about what they do, which makes it reassuring to know that I’m not rolling the dice with my coffee!
We had a lovely bottomless brunch here for my birthday and they were so lovely and accomodating. Always making sure our mimosas were filled up, delicious food and friendly service made it a very enjoyable day. They even put sparklers on the cake and brought it out for dessert for us. A fantastic experience
