Well what I can say, I feel like I've been saying this more often lately I wasn't sure what to expect. And I was amazed on the presentation of some drinks.. I got a boring drink but next time I shall try the one in the coconut! This was a unplanned tag along with a friend
Great Japanese inspired menu which is great for dinner on the weekend with friends as have lots of different set menus these with some of the house cocktails along with a great vibe after dinner for dancing and fun
While I am yet to try their food menu, this place had a great vibe on a Saturday night with a art decor feel. The aloeyuku cocktail was amazing, it was a perfect balance of sweet with a fresh citrus after taste. One of my favourite cocktails I've tied in Sydney!
Went here for dinner on a Saturday night with a few friends had the banquet and had a great experience. Such good vibes upon arrival and the staff was so friendly and attentive, not the mention the food exceeded my expectations - the sushi, in particular, was amazing. Super cute little spot and I'll definitely be returning!

The two cocktails I had were very good. Cant remember what its called but it had a strawberry flavour, i think.. By that time I had about 4 beers already. The fish tacos were splendid..

This place is a swanky affair! Dark, moody, great cocktails and nice food. Came here for a weeknight dinner with a friend.
Delicious pina coladas served in coconuts! Pea and avocado guac with chips. Mac n cheese balls, so cheesy and creamy. Loaded tater tots with Parmesan and sauce. Vodka sauce pasta! Truffle fries to finish!

I came here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night and it's my new favourite spot! We were a large group of 16 and got the banquet menu - the food and service was really good (our waitress was always smiling and very attentive). The slow roasted lamb was amazing!
Good venue to go with a group as there was a DJ playing and later in the night we had a little dance too.
As you walk into this venue you know there's something just a little bit fun about it, perhaps it's the friendly staff, the alluring decor, or the beautiful people scattered around ready to start their evening.
Happy hour is until 7 and the cocktails pack a punch.
The menu is simple, a menagerie of favourites all deliciously a bit on the naughty side... think mac and cheese croquettes!

I have been to Darlo Country Club a few times for dinner, and every single time it has been so enjoyable. The service is great, the food was amazing, great for sharing with a table of friends. The cocktails are creative and delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect. Great for a sit down dinner or even drinks and a boogie. Will definitely become a regular at this place!
Brunch ninja!!!
Came here to try their Brunch set menu, to my surprise it was well thought out. There's a drink chart to keep you hydrated, array of choices for brunch and loud music to keep anyone entertained.
Also there was a magician and performers to engage customers, this place rocks!
Sunday only and the experience was great ... It's like a sporting club.

Darlo Country Club is on Victoria Street in Darlinghurst, it is in the premises of the old, and also exquisite, Victoria Tea Room. The new look is much different to the Tea Room and reminds me of a cross between a Polo Club and something out of Casablanca. It is quite similar to design to Merivale’s Papi Chulo in Manly. The venue is upper class, I felt incredibly underdressed and the patrons included 75% of all males wearing a polo shirt (mostly Ralph Lauren) with a dinner jacket, most dinner jacket pockets also had the handkerchief sticking out of the pocket. The female clientele appeared to be mostly blonde haired models who all attended private school. Although this had a lot to do with the Hen’s Lunch taking place for about forty ladies, who all wore white, all had blonde hair and all resembled Barbie.

This place offers great food and cocktails... The custard French toast with maple syrup and strawberry and the Roasted spatchcocks with Waldorf salad and potatoes hash and poached free range eggs are the best ever!!!!!! Trust me you won't be disappointed! Went there on a Saturday for lunch but felt like I was in a nightclub... Probably not the best place for family lunch..

The newly refurbished Darlo Country Club is Sydney newest chic bar right in the heart of trendy Darlinghurst. Have you ever wanted to visit the Hamptons but can't get on a plane to the US? Well the Darlo Country Club is oozing so much style, you'll be living that Hampton's style right here in the heart of Sydney.
After our lovely drinks, it was time for some food so we started with a tuna poke and some cauliflower hummus. We particularly enjoyed the creaminess of the hummus which is much lighter and fluffier than traditional hummus. It was also a perfect scooping agent for the totally moorish fried pita bread it came with. The bread was so crispy and delicious, we just couldn't get enough of it.

The Darlo Country Club is well presented with beautiful wooden furniture. It has a beautiful bar area, cozy booths, bar style stealing and even and a few lovely lounge areas, perfect for larger groups or a special occasion. So really, it can cater for any occasion.
We decided to start our evening with a cocktail, it probably had something to do with the impressive collection of spirits displayed behind the bar, or maybe the barman who was producing some pretty impressive drinks. Either way, our Aperol Spritz and Hollywood sour were well done, strong and full of flavour. We were particularly impressed with the vanilla and chocolate hints the Hollywood sour carried (Count J had a second one of those).

Sometime in the last five months, this bar found its groove.Bubblegum flavoured margaritas have given way to cocktail classics, like Italy’s Negroni, Mexico’s Paloma or Britain’s East 8 Hold Up ($18). The latter is a refreshingly fruity mix of passionfruit, pineapple and lime spiked with Ketel One Vodka and a splash of Casoni 1814 Aperitivo Liqueur. They’re supplemented by a shorter list of cocktail originals, including the pretty Eton Fizz I enjoyed on my first visit, and a new, smoky mezcal-based, cherry number called La Cereza Ahumado ($21), which is better suited to the colder weather.The menu has also had an update, with Peter Lew and Nicole Galloway from Barrio Chino stepping in with dishes inspired by a trip around the United States. They’re dishing up the Hawaiian raw fish salad, Poke ($16/4), on nori crackers with the soy-heavy bluefin tuna balanced by pickled ginger mayonnaise. The Steak Tartare ($20) is where Lew and Galloway really kick things up to the next level, with the addition of bone marrow, smoked with maple chips. The marrow adds a rich, smoky edge to the well-seasoned eye fillet mix, topped with a quail egg, and counterbalanced by creamy celeriac remoulade. Darlo Country Club is like a cross between an LA Country or Racquet Club and Raffles in Singapore. It has an amazing feel to it - expansive yet there are plenty of cosy nooks too. The open plan is nicely broken with a wall of entwined thick rope which is subtly lit and looks spectacular. It's upstairs off Victoria St so you may not spot it straight away, but head up and be prepared to be surprised. For those that may remember, it's where The Victoria Room once was, but it looks nothing like it.

I'm sitting in a glamorous L.A .country club. No wait, maybe it's a yacht club. In Darlinghurst. And I'm eating lobster mac 'n' cheese and drinking bubblegum-infused cocktails that have been delivered to me by a girl who looks fresh off the tennis court. Confused? Me too. "We like to think of the Darlo as a new age social club," the manager tells me, which does not actually clear up anything at all

Amazing food, drinks and service. Love what they have done with the previous Chalet space. It's stylish, luxurious and fun.
Personal favourites are the Bubbarita cocktail, their twist on a margarita with bubblegum-infused tequila and the lobster mac n cheese.
The perfect place for drinks and nibbles with your girlfriends or for dinner on date night. Love it!
A cool layout here, we sat in one of the booths. I really liked the fairy lights on the ceiling and LED lights behind the bar. We had the $89 pp set brunch menu with bottomless mimosas. The food was really good and it was a good amount for what we paid. The waiters were not stingy with topping up the drinks which we appreciated.
Beautiful cosy place! Wonderful food and friendly staff, Sam was very attentive and nice. The cocktails are fun too!
Love, love, love! Had a great time with my girls here last night. I usually don't leave reviews though the service and atmosphere was just something else. We felt really comfortable letting our hair down for a boggie! xx Jen
