Great location with a fantastic pool
My wife and I enjoyed our stay over 2 days. The parking price was reasonable compared to other hotels. The pool was accessible unlike the crowded pools of other hotels.
The service was great and the team looked after us with some flexibility.
We had a two night getaway at this hotel. Lovely Sabrina at reception and Aman the night manager made us ( and our precious fur Baby )feel so welcome ! I stayed for 1 night, the only reason it scored 2 stars was because the reception staff were excellent. The bar and restaurant was closed, which was disappointing. The room I booked was accompanied by a bottle of wine and a 'gourmet' cheese platter. When I ordered it I had to call back and hour late
An all round great hotel. I’m frequently staying here and have not been disappointed. Staff are always friendly and true customer service superstars. Rooms are always clean and smell fresh. We have our puppy with us this time. The room is spotless. The hotel staff are very obliging. There is a bed and water and food bowls here for our little guy. Unfortunately due to covid19 the restaurant and bar are closed also the pool area and gym.
Great location. Awesome yacht club on other side of park. Walk up the hill to kings cross bars or about a 15min walk into double bay. Rooftop pool amazing. Staff very polite and accommodating. Taxi out front regularly or driving past if need transport.
Terrible experience! We booked a day stay at 9:30 in the morning we didn’t get to the hotel till 11:45 which means that was almost half the day gone already and we had to check out by 5:00 but we still booked it.
