This was so good we went back for take away a few days later.
Nice entrees (satay was good, lots of sauce as well), money bags were homemade and tasty.
All mains cooked well and tasted fresh

A very nice Mother's Day dinner with a gift and complimentary ice cream for the day! The boss is very friendly and will chat with everyone in the restaurant. I now understand why it is popular among the locals! Thank you.

Hmm... Very disappointed. We ordered chicken satay (edible but nothing to rave about) and Pad Thai, a Thai staple and not a hard one to make. It came with 2 minute noodles, I think? Certainly not pass Thai flat rice noodles. The sauce was completely over powered with tamarind, and what tasted like ketchup! So 3 pad Thais in the bin ($45 total!!) and we're having steamed dumplings for dinner. Oh and the prawn crackers were stale. Arghh - disaster...

Very friendly staff and great tasting food. I've already been back for more.

Definitely a once-in-lifetime experience! Mango prawns and Red Curry w/ duck are both "Must-try". Not only that, the staffs are friendly and the decorations were visually appealing :)

I was excited to try the food at TaOne Thai, given the exceptional google rating. But the food was very disappointing. It reminded me of cafeteria style food.

That restaurant was amazing!!!best Thai restaurant I had ever!!!! I love the spring roll and curry puff, they are so amazing I think everyone should try them. And I have tried all kinds of curries, I think the roast duck one and Panang curry are the best!

I only had a take away there. The prawn salad was a bit pricey and too strong, but their spring rolls were beautiful. Their Pad Thai was also good. I found that their foods of entré and deserts are quite good. The curry and salad are a bit inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes not so much. I will perhaps try their chef fried rice at some point. This shop locates in North Epping, not around Epping station shop area. The restaurant is quite far away from where shops are around so you'd better to drive.

It's funny how you always fall in love for those little tucked restaurants off the beaten track (so to speak). Ta One thai feels authentic and offers that warm ambience that you feel when you are welcomed by friendly Thais. Food is tasteful and beautifully presented, staff are adequate but Alan is always to pleasure. Highly recommended!!

Good food let down by the long wait. First time visit for family dinner. Took 45min for our spring rolls to be delivered and then another 10min for each main after. They ended up forgetting one of our orders. They apologised, and it was a busy night, but just a slightly frustrating experience. Tasty food though with fresh ingredients. The owner seemed nice and gave us a $10 voucher for the trouble.

Typical good suburban Thai.

Consistently top quality thai. A regular haunt for me, I've been through the menu many times over. (Though I keep coming back to the Pad Prik King Lamb, or the massaman beef, or the duck jungle curry, or the penang chicken..........) If Ta One opened for breakfast, I'd probably never need to leave North Epping.
