I had a runny nose yesterday due to allergies and was feeling miserable. Back home my mother would cook chicken soup but I live alone and I can barely cook anything feeling sick. Yesterday I ordered a whole chicken (lemon and herb) and large coleslaw but ended up with the spicy whole chicken instead

The customer service before going to the QR codes was amazing, really friendly people. Now they have cut down on staff and require you to use the QR system to order. Both times trying to use it and it failed, huge waste of time. The food was great, just sort out your QR system.

Restaurant doesn’t ACCEPT CASH ANYMORE, and has that silly scan and order at your table menu service. Sorry Nando’s but you can’t charge premium rates and provide cheap service. Also this place is quite understaffed, last time I went there was just one poor lady looking after the whole place!

Don't go there unless you want to eat old and dry non spicy rice directly from the fridge. Nando's should change their arrogant lady at the counter there as they don't know the meaning of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would rather go to bankstown nando's for good,fresh food and good customer service but
