Really enjoyable, I had the pad see ew with veggies and loved it! Also got the salt and pepper tofu which was nice but not as crispy as I expected it to be. Probably wouldn't get that again, but will definitely be back
Industry moved into the area and I think we have found our local thai restaurant! Great food and very reasonably priced. Have been twice now and the quality both times has been excellent. The restaurant had a dry nice setting too. Enjoy :)
Tried this place on a recommendation of a friend. Tried the Tom yum prawn and crying tiger, both were very nice and highly enjoyable. Anyway, I'll most probably try this place, again, especially if I happen to be on that side of town in the near future.

Excellent dinner. Happened to stop in after visiting nearby Kate Owen art gallery (another must see). The choices were varied and plentiful. We settled on healthy mushroom veggie dish along with a green curry. Coconut rice with curry was outstanding. Hint of spicy- will ask for more next time but perfect starter level. Do over - even driving from cronulla.
Amazing fresh food! They cook it fresh and its worth the wait! We luv the duck, stir fry and the Choo Chee Baramundi!! :)

Consistently good Thai. Came across Ruck Thai about a year ago and decided to give it a go following some disappointing experiences at other Thai restaurants in the area. Been back on numerous occasions since so thought it time to write a review (need to keep New Years resolution and share more food experiences!)
RT has around 15 entrees on the menu, the stand outs being their home made dim sim and the seafood crispy spring rolls with a sweet dipping sauce. The dim sims are made fresh and can take a while to arrive so don't be surprised if they appear pre or post main course. Just like food in Thailand, it arrives when it's ready and they are worth the wait.
The beef salad is good and the larb gai is equally yummy. Minced chicken served with red onions, mint leaves, shallots, roasted chilli and lime dressing and sprinkled with roasted rice. Very fresh and very tasty.
Favourite mains include the pad thai king prawn (plenty for 2 to share) and the cashew nut stir fry and the garlic and pepper sauce stir fry.
And it's BYO too.
Recommended.
Pretty good. Fairly cheap. Has a $20 minimum for EFTPOS, which is about as helpful as a hurricane.
If you can teleport, that would be a great benefit as finding a parking spot is about as easy as finding Madeleine McCann.
Warm & Friendly. We were there last Friday - gr8 food, lovely ambience, treeific food & very obliging. BYO is good. We'll be back.
You can never go wrong with Thai food but Ruck Thai reminds you was amazing Thai food tastes like. Generous portions and authentic flavours makes this restaurant one of the best. Located conveniently close to the main road in Rozelle, you will always find it busy and welcoming on any day. The Tom Yum soup is really really good and the signature Pad Prik king sauce is unmissable.
One of my favourite Thai restaurant in Sydney! Highly recommended the entree scallops.
we love this place - our local Thai - great pad thai, pad see uw, spring rolls with crab, all the veggies are always super fresh and the sauces are really tasty - cant recommend enough its so good
Great food on a nice atmosphere.
Best Thai around, they use plenty of fresh crisp veggies and the food is very tasty. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and are particularly good with our small child. Love this place.
Our favorite local Thai spot/after ultimate frisbee team dinner!!! Consistently incredible dishes, every one of them top quality and delicious! The Thai creamy chili basil noodles are my ultimate fave, but truly everything is good. The prices are decent for the quality and beautiful plating. It’s upscale on a budget! The staff is attentive and patient despite the fact that we regularly bring in 18-20 people at once, always friendly and accommodating. Thank you Ruck Thai for continuing to impress! We always look forward to dinner with you!
