I came here with friends for a 50% off the bill promotion.
The food was all beautiful presented and tasted delicious all except for the Lamb Ribs. The fat on the lamb ribs were not rendered and were still white and solid, making it very unpleasant to eat.

The menu is pretty interesting as it fuses multiple styles of cuisines. The tacos were absolutely insane, especially the lobster and beef. Such an awesome venue with a lot of promise. The cocktails were stand out on the night. The fusion attempt of Japanese cuisine with other cuisines however were a little hit and miss. The sashimi was very well flavoured, the nuggets also great but the tacos and pizza missed the mark with overly rich

Love the food, each dish has their own merit in terms of flavour and uniqueness.
Must get the tacos, baos, fried chicken and the eggplant fries! Also their cocktails were really tasty and unique, you can see the bar tender is very passionate.

Overall, the food is quite tasty & very different. The reason it does not score higher is mainly due to the pricing, which I believe to be too high. Came here at 50% with The Fork so I wasn’t overly concerned. You can get food that’s better round the corner (Longrain & Chin Chin) for a similar price

An absolute treat!!! Sash is the perfect blend of super delicious cocktails and awesome tasting Japanese fusion menu. Definitely rate and reccomend this place. Will be back to try the rest of the menu 👌
Food was tasty especially the sushi and kingfish, but portions were small. Can get very similar trendy Japanese fusion food elsewhere in Sydney. Service was quite bad (primarily because of one server/ manager who was very rude and made a racist comment to my friend)
