Food: 4/5 stars. Very good. Chicken Schnitzel was perfectly cooked, juicy, crispy batter, served nice and hot. I also liked the sides, came with side salad with yummy mustard vinaigrette dressing and hot thin fresh fries. My partner had beef burger (came with fries), asked for meat to be cooked well done and it was cooked perfectly.... it was fully cooked thru yet still juicy, beef patty was thick , burger had lots of veggies. We ate here during lunch and I don’t think they have ribs on their lunch menu but I’m not 100% sure, just FYI.
Drinks: 4/5 stars. Ice coffee was excellent! Only complaint is that they didn’t offer decaf and didn’t offer soy milk. Also had Diet Coke, it was good but it was the smaller sized can so would have been nicer to have the normal size can.
Vibe: 5/5 stars. great. Sat outside in the back and it had a nice relaxing vibe, with nice views of garden like area. Kinda felt like a vineyard type vibe. Lots of seats both inside and outside. Nice decor.
Service: 5/5 stars. Very friendly and accommodating service. They let u choose your own seat which I liked and then u order at the bar.
Conclusion: would definitely come back.
Logged onto Deliveroo and really wanted ribs for dinner. Originally went with another option however that restaurant could not fulfil the order. Glad this came up as next available as it was super delicious. Delivery was swift.
I ordered the Ribs St Louis Style. There was an option for full rack or 1/2 rack however both were the same price so if you see this then go with the bigger choice. Always good to have leftovers especially this one! The meat was melt in the mouth and oh so tender. The pork fell of the rib. Glazed in a tasty bbq sauce. Served with a succotash (corn, lima beans, tomato) which had a slight spicy kick to it. The hush puppies were awesome...crunchy coated corn meal balls of goodness. The green beans rounded of the meal well.
So worth having!
Overall, we really enjoyed the meals here. We ordered from the breakfast menu, which runs until 3pm, and went for the biscuits with gravy and soft shell crab with grits. We’ve never had the chance to try these kind of dishes before so we were pretty excited. The grits were creamy and delicious and the biscuits were also really good! Both dishes did get quite rich after a while, and maybe needed some freshness to cut through it. That said, they were very good!
Cool place to hand out. The contrast between nice, sleek new apartment blocks and the rustic feel of historical industrial architecture is really nice to experience all around Sydney. We went to China Diner this time. Good experience, nice seating, good food. But there are lots of other options. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Nice ambiente, well restored historic building with a climate. 2h free parking and all facilities like toilets available. Nice exhibition space upstairs, paired with a good selection of shops and restaurants! The eateries are a bit pricey, but worth it quality-wise.
Old Tram repair/service warehouse (shed) transformed into a functional place located around a nice residential neighbourhood.
It have a variety of cuisines to choose from and a supermarket. All the essentials for us to grab an easy breakfast, lunch or dinner and our groceries.
Great addition to the area. Lots of places to catch up with friends for a bite to eat. The supermarket is super nice and has a great range of products not normally found in the usual Coles and Woolies. Parking is available onsite and if free for 2hrs.
I love this place! Not a lot of shops-but the ones that are there are excellent. The supermarket is probably the best I've ever seen. Always worth a visit for a look around-and to see the historic old tram.
It is easy to appreciate and enjoy a location where a building from the past was not destroyed but rather repurposed so that Sydney citizens and visitors 100 + years later can enjoy and appreciate history, good food, good coffee and even a playground for the Littles.

Every Sunday 8am – 2pm
Wake up and take a stroll down Artisan Lane each and every Sunday morning where you will be delighted by local fresh and delicious produce and bespoke wares.
It may be historic, but Tramsheds today has been transformed into Sydney’s most dynamic district for dining – and learning.
Home to 7 community-based retailers and 11 restaurants and cafes from some of Sydney’s most forward-thinking chefs, it’s a hub for culinary creativity and a place where true innovation is born.
The Rozelle Tramway Depot was always busy when it was built back in 1904, becoming an important interchange where people met and socialized on their way around the city. While it has a different purpose today, more than a century on and a dramatic renovation later, Tramsheds still plays a pivotal role in community gatherings and remains a place to celebrate Sydney’s architectural history.
Nice indoor place to stroll around, grab a bite to eat or pick up fruits and produce.
Nice place for a family outing with two hours of free parking and ample outdoor space. The independent grocer here is good (albeit a little pricey) and the old world charm of the setting is worth a visit on its own. I'm a bit sad to see some chains popping up. Would love to see some pop-up restaurants or something the encouraged more communal dining. In any case, worth a visit if you're in the area.
