Chicken and avo rice paper roll was pretty good and well priced. Came with a large tub of peanut sauce which was great but it was filled with a LOT of lettuce, meaning less chicken and avocado!! The Vietnamese rolls were very expensive compared to other similar stores.

Was expecting something terrible based on the reviews. Went here today and it was great.
You can get normal ish sized salad banh mi for about $6.90 or bigger for around $12 ish.
To those whinging about the price… what do you expect it’s in one of the newest buildings in the area - the rent would be expensive. If you want a food shop in a new building that’s close to your house you gotta pay hun.
Recommend. Would return.

Had really good rice paper rills once but this time bought a "chicken bahn mi". Too much bun and chicken almost no salad, no cucumber, no coriander, almost no dressing so basically just a dry chicken roll with shredded chicken breast. Bahn mi supposed to have salad on it!!!

Decent value but much more expensive than comparable in Asian food courts. Quality has dipped over time, but staff are efficient and friendly. The traditional spring rolls are a tasty treat and the phone decent. Rolls are the reasons to go of course.

The prices are steep in contrast to other places/suburbs. I bought a pack of mixed rolls, 2 of which exploded with the amount of lettuce stuffed in the roll. Don't get me wrong, I do love a roll with generous ingredients but the excess lettuce threw me off. I hesitate in getting a bread roll with the reviews that I have been reading and the simple fact that none of the roll ingredients are on display and seem to be mysteriously pieced together in the back.

Delicious and fresh Salad Roll! Very happy

Absolutely a rip off, dry old chicken and unedible. A roll thay normally costs $4 is $13 here and worth the bin!

Dissappointing. I first tried their salad which turned out to be soggy and lacklustre, then on my second visit, I tried one of their rolls which they served not containing the meat I ordered and they added in the single ingredient I asked them not to include. I am disinclined to try again.

I love the vego banh mi!! But the bread is ALWAYS stale!!! I would give 5 stars if the bread wasn't stale. I love the vegan ham thats why I keep coming back.

Perfect amount of fresh ingredients for a real authentic roll. Definitely up there with Sydney's best!
Friendly faces all the time with a warm vibe when you walk into the shop.

BBQ pork roll is my recommendation!

Rolls are beautifully made up, right amount of flavours all complimenting each other with out overpowering the next one.

Service could do with a little improvement but not anything to dissuade you either

I really do believe everyone when they say it is the best pork roll that they’ve ever had! The baguette-like bread has a lovely crusty outside but it maintains the soft fluffy innards like a vietnamese bread roll should. It has an awesome slathering of pate and mayo, so much it oozes out the ends (which is the way it should be).

Great for Lunch. This is a small little takeaway shop on Oxford Street at Darlinghurst. It is run by one of the most friendly and personable people in the Sydney CBD. Certainly reminds me of the smiling faces in Vietnam.

The rolls and salads here are delicious and are made with fresh ingredients. The special vermicelli salad is a big serving and tastes a treat, and the regular pork roll (banh mi with an Aussie twist) are the two winners for me.

Highly recommend!

I just moved o the area and found this little spot. Fresh ingredients, not stingy on the ingredients and great bread.

My new pork roll fix !

Finally, great pork rolls in the cbd!. I've always been a huge banh mi fan, and recently my love for the humble pork roll has been bordering on obsessive, which is an issue when i have to make the trek out to hurstville or marrickville to get my fix.
Most of the pork rolls I've found in the city have ranged from pretty average to downright awful, so i was pleasantly surprised when I found Rolls on Oxford. They definitely make the best banh mi in the near the cbd, and I like the range of rolls they have, (pork, chicken, veg etc.)
Definitely recommend to any pork roll fan!
