Loved my morning coffee from here every day of the week for almost 2 months straight. Tucked into the corner at railway square and hidden behind so many other shops, the little joint is a talent on its own with friendly and competent staff & tasty treats while you are in the morning rush.
Super fast when you're in a rush in the morning and need a coffee. The coffee (grounds) tastes amazing as well as the chai, I've never had a bad coffee from here and I usually grab one often during the weekdays. The service is friendly and prices are cheap if you want to grab a snack as well. The barista here is so friendly, such a nice guy which is one of the reasons despite the amazing coffee which will make you want to come back!
Went with a friend for a coffee here as its close to work and saw the oregano wrap which I wanted to try. Quick bite to eat and made to order, in the morning there is usually a queue, although I do question if they use olive oil for the wrap as I saw them use a big tin of canola oil. The oregano wrap although a bit smaller then the ones you would get in Granville or Bankstown was crispy, oily and tasty and not bad for $2 for a snack although I'd probably come here more for coffee and tea.
When you see people walking around Central holding a green coffee cup, it's probably from Hatch.
Coffee: Great coffee (The Grounds)
Food: Amazing, hot, fresh food mostly made in house and super affordable (grab a zaatar wrap for only $2)
Service: Friendly, fast and fun
Wonderful small business. They have so many good light food options at very affordable prices. The coffees are sensational. My favourite is Chai Latte with Cinnamon. They have outside seating which is good as I work inside all day. Sam and all the team are really nice people.
Ordered a chicken and avo wrap and it was absolutely delicious!! Great value for money. I can't rate it high enough!

Great coffee even better baked goods prepared as ordered. Friendly staff and owner. It's my go-to place for delicious morning sustenance.
We have ordered one Almond Cap the the first very smooth coffee I have had. Feeling like Dave chocolate silky smooth.
Then we ordered another latte, it was really rich in taste and smooth.
Great service and even better coffee. Hatch provided me with my daily espresso fix while in Hotel Quarantine. Quick responses to orders and special requests. Above and beyond with service.
Well located. Cheap and best for a quick bite and coffee. Heard they have great fresh lunch wraps and stuff. Will try them too.

The best place to grab a manoush or coffees, feedback shared by rest of my work right across the road. My favourite is the meat (lahm bajin) + add cheese, folded and it comes out super hot, fresh and with lemon 👌👌👌 Always lovely service and last time I also got a few vege pastries too. Thank you :) 100% recommended.
Our favourite bacon and egg wrap! Soft and fluffy wrap, made on the spot! Sammy the owner..he is a legend! A great host and their staffs are friendly bunch! The meat pies and meat pizza are the must too!
