Have had chicken Bahn MI’s from here a few times which were good (picture with juice & roll is from previous visit). This last time there wasn’t much filling/ingredients with some items such as cucumber lacking (picture of inside of banh mi). Maybe it was a busy day but the lady should’ve said she ran out of items so I would know.
I had a pork roll - price ($6.50) was decent compared to the other options around. The staff was very lovely and sought to stuff my roll as much as she could.
This place is already pretty popular, but still it's got delicious banh mi and rice paper rolls. It's also got very affordable prices and the owner is super kind and willing to go the extra mile for you. Highly recommend!
This place doesn't need my recommendation, everybody already knows it's great - but it really is great! Delicious bahn mi, wonderful fresh juice, super affordable. Wonderful owners too 😊
Awesome cheap $5-$6 pork/chicken/meatball rolls, always a queue out of the door during lunchtime. Go around 2.30 to avoid lining up.
Obviously no Marrickville Pork Roll, but still very satisfying and beats Krispy Roll nearby (which is a hot mess with bland pate and dry chicken and insipid not-soft but also not-crunchy bread rolls).
They also serve pho, rice paper rolls, fresh fruit juices/smoothies though can't comment on those as I haven't tried.
It sadly closes quite early compared to most banh mi places and isn't open on the weekends :( (probably because they cater to the uni and office crowd)
Best tasting pork rolls in the area and they also serve Vietnamese beef noodle soup! Great tasting and great value!
Delicious! Authentic and great price.
