Review A La Turko - Sydney

Worst kebab place ever, charges incorrectly and then argues that the item is how it is even though it states exactly what comes with the item. Paid $20 for this incorrect item, asked for money back and the person refused. The meat are not fresh and are microwaved. Do not go to this store guys.

Tried one of the Burek pastries here. Lucky I didn’t order two. One of the worst I’ve had. It was thrown into the black press like a baseball. Looked ok on the outside, but the inside was totally undercooked and doughy. There was very miminal cheese and spinach filling, and mostly just layers of undercooked dough. One of the staff was throwing gozlemes around the window with bare hands like frisbees. Total lack of TLC in general. Avoid except for kebab meat.

i love eggplant moussaka!!! their salad is delicious and their fries has a generous serving😍

Very dry meat and very average fillings. For the amount they charged I expected better. Small or large kebabs, should just be a kebab. My large did not seem like I got anything different from the bloke who got the small next to me.

Listen to the reviews. This place is seriously worst kebab pleace Ive been to. Orderes Iskander Plate, the menu states that there is salad and even the photo on the menu says so. What I got was just meats and bread with 4 different sauces pooling the whole dish. I asked for 2 sauces and the guy who was serving me put 4 different sauces. Not edible. Not recommended.

Does not deserve even one star. One of the worst place for the Turkish kebab. I asked for the extra napkins and the man was even having problem to give those. The snack pack was so cold. They should only serve when there is no other place to eat. You guys should copy the star kebab in Auburn. They serve in abundance. Foolish i was that i visited to their shop.

Ordered a triple mixed plate👎👎👎 shish kebabs were burnt dry and the salad had no seasoning at all. The worst taubouli ever had or was it just chopped up parsley🤔 Very bland and the rice no flavor $24 dish very disappointed 😥

The food is almost as sloppy as the service. The guys behind the counter make it obvious they would rather be anywhere other than where they are! Not to mention the fact I spent $18 then, when I asked if he could add the cheese I had already paid for on I was asked to pay another $1. I said I'd already paid to which I was simply told.. "no, sorry.." hope the petty behaviour was worth the poor review mate. Good luck with business 👎

The food was overpriced, it was $15 for a small mixed snack pack - I could easily have bought a large one for $10 elsewhere. That being said, it was a tasty snack pack, with perfectly cooked chicken and tender beef. They skimped on the fries, but I'm not complaining too much since I'd rather have more meat than fries if I'm paying too much and the ratio of sauce to meat was good too.

Tried the lamb sheesh and a meal with fries.. the lamb sheesh was too chewy and did not melt in the mouth.

A flat bread..too dry and stretchy..and veggies on it..include onion, tomatoes olives and lettuce

Two sauces included..chose chilli and mayo..

Was not too happy..the fries were great..

Terrible. Paid $12 for a beef pack and asked him to put fewer chips but he didn't do that and end up filling half chips in a small tiny box with a small amount of beef on it.. I will try never go back there again.

Terrible. Paid $12.50 for a large vege plate. I get awful lentil and rice, the worse felafels ever, alright dolmates, lettuce, onion, and tomato. i asked her what about the other veges, red raddish, carrot. She says they carry extra charges. Thanks for the indigestion.

I had the doner kebab and pepsi deal. It was eleven dollars and fifty cents ( $11.50 ) and was excellent, although next time I won't have tabouli.
