Greta spot for gelato with a good variety of ice cream flavours. I would definitely recommend trying out the limited edition flavours since I had one and that was unforgettable. A nice spot to hang around after dinner at night.

Gelato Messina is good but not great. Too moorish and sweet to my liking it’s like you taste more cream than the actual flavours. Two mouthfuls and I’m feeling sick. I tried many flavours all are the same. But i do like the amount of nuts in the nutty flavours quite generous there.

Obviously a good shop been up and running for 20 years, however it's Expensive - one scope in cup, two scopes on corn plus a milk shake cost whooping $26! Would not return due to the price. Not your fault Messina, Sydney City is Expensive.

World’s grumpiest girl in short shorts serving our ice cream again today. it’s ice cream not a cancer clinic why not just smile relax be friendly… So many Messina locations are like this especially this one i don’t get it, it’s really strange, are they overworked, stressed, do they think think they are the Chanel of gelato hahaha seems like it. It’s not the best gelato out there by any means. Still we go a lot and we are obviously happy going for ice cream but it’s hardly ever a pleasant experience being served… Messina hopefully one day maybe your staff will be less grumpy 🙏🏼

The line was down the block so we decided to see what the hype was about and we were not disappointed. Fast friendly service and delicious, high quality gelato with fun, complex specials are in store for you. If they have the Eton Mess & Yeah Mon specials, Go for it!!

Had Chocolate Fondant in Darlinghust over ten years ago and it was incredible to the point I quit having ice cream because it was not the same taste or texture as gelato.

Apart from following the global trend of having to put some sort of dough in every second ice cream this place does offer a more than decent choice of high quality ice creams. Seriously though, really not a fan of having crumble/biscuit/cake/cookie/biscotti/oreo/sponge in everything - just leave it at one or two cookie dough varieties... nice weekly specials or rather flavours, always check the blackboard!
