Have had coffee from this place a handful of times, and unfortunately it is always bad. Either burnt beans, or tastes like warm milk. The shop is very cute and they have a variety of baked goods on offer. Would not recommend the coffee though.
Delicious little corner cafe with freshly baked bread on offer for take away. Tried the grilled mushrooms with a side of poached eggs, avo and potatoes. The mushroom dish is very generous and delicious! All up including a juice and a take away olive bread roll was about $45-$50
Love this place. Great bread, coffee, atmosphere. A bit cramped inside especially when there are lots of strollers etc but you can sit in the window and watch the world go by. Yummy pastries and breakfast all day.
Superbly cosy but lovely atmosphere, Organic Bread Bar has a great feel from the on-show bread oven, through the street-side customer service window to the dining area and adjoins outdoor seating!

I ordered the health bowl, which was just badly prepared vegetables with no flavour (mostly chunks of carrot), the quinoa tasted fermented, not fresh at all. Visited Bread Bar and ordered 2 chai lattes and they were not great. Tasted like water with no flavour, was more like a bland tea than a latte. The barista was nice in offering us a refund with no problems. Also ordered a cinnamon pastry which was wet and soggy.
I love the Bread Bar. Their coffee is great and the treats are exceptional. Would recommend one of their cookies with a coffee (the oatmeal one is my favourite). People are nice here. Coffee is OK but nothing amazing - if you drink milk based coffees such as espresso or long black. Bread and bakery good are nice but very pricey. There's another location also over on south dowling Street as well.
