This is for the owners. Clearly you are not training your staff well enough. It's not fair to put under traineed employees on, especially if English is their second language. First my order was not taken correctly as the young lady made an honest mistake but when she tried to correct it, even her supervisor couldn't use the till. U paid more for the meal that was stated in the advertising. When I received my meal, the Burger was cold! The fillets were still hard! Guys, train your staff, it's the employers responsibility. Must do better

Took 35 minutes for a burger and would have to be the most poorly looked after building in Sydney it was actually disgusting. The floor was made of (redacted) the tables had a film of (redacted) on them. I wouldn't dare go to the bathroom after what I'd heard about them.
Definitely not the best stop after a concert.

Apparently they’re not aware what are phones and they don’t seem to bother to check that they’ve been called 12 times due to being unable to edit my order on Uber thus I immediately called the store to try to tell them I was allergic to a specific ingredient. They never picked up the phone so as a customer I had to go over and beyond and call up other nearby Oporto stores hoping they had a manager’s or staff’s phone number but they didn’t, at least they knew how to pick up the phone on the first try. Had to get my own Uber Eats delivery driver to call me when she arrived and I spoke to the employee through the driver’s phone… the young lady seemed to not care by blandly saying “oh sorry” as if it explained why they never picked up the phone. Horrible place to order if u require special edits such as removing an ingredient. Never had this issue with any other restaurant or fast food place.

Store was dirty and the staff care more about toilet than cleaning the table. They lock the toilet and don’t let us using the toilet.

The young lady who served was confused and charged for the wrong item. It took 13 minutes before we were served and an additional 25 minutes before we received our food. We enquired about our order after 10 minutes and were told that they had not started to prepare it yet. Was my favourite place to eat. I doubt i will go back

Some people park their cars at oporto and go to other shops.
Other day I went their to buy food, I saw only 4 customers in oporto and 20 cars were parked, I couldn't get parking as it was full. Oporto needs to do something about it.
May be put ticket machine, camera and boom gate, issue parking tickets with purchase invoice from counter.
Great food, slightly expensive. Regular customer at newtown oporto.
