I was overwhelming by the portion of the food, where can you get a whole fish for 10 dollars. What a value! The fish is a bit boney but that's okay, it's great with the black sauce. The fish also taste fresh, it comes with rice and a small soup. All meals comes with rice and soup in this vendor.
Great place for lunch.
Cheap and good portions.
Try the garlic pepper chicken or the basil chicken.
Never can go wrong with what they serve.
Food in this little join not bad at all,
Mostly flavour of Thailand, however they do have steaks, Schnitzel, and calamari rings also.
Can't doubt the flavour with the price you are paying and this place make your $ spend worth it.
They accepted EFTPOS too.
Just another review from the depths of the Eating World food court. After reviewing Gumshara and Hong Kong King’s Chef the next stall is the Thai fusion stall Tiger Cave.It has some Western classics like fish and chips, steak and chicken schnitzel so it is a safe zone to bring your less adventurous mates. The deep fried chicken basil is the one to get...
Tucked away in a food court that gives new meaning to the term no frills, Tiger Cave offers a Thai fusion menu. My deep fried barramundi with cashew nuts was a huge serving, with a delicious spicy sauce and complimentary soup. At $11 this was a winner.
Eating World is not the most ambient food court but it does deliver on taste and value. Tiger Cave is a great option for those looking to have Gumshara but also a little something different on the side. They feature a mix of both Australian and Thai cuisine making it rather versatile. Fast, efficient, tasty and cheap. What more could you ask for?

The menu is an oddball mix of Thai and Western dishes. Plus we had a weird illogical resentment to Tiger Cave because it replaced one of our favourite stalls, Singapore Shiok. Stupid but true. So we put off visiting for a while, but duty called and we head in for some noodles. We notice the menu is bursting with interesting Thai dishes, and there's barely any same-same Aussie Thai stuff. Rippa. We quickly got to be fans of the Tiger Cave, which sounds like the setting for some so-bad-it's-good action hero movie. More likely it's named after the mountain top Tiger Cave temple in Krabi (วัดถ้ําเสือ or Wat Tham Suea). With Tiger Cave's wacky menu and name it would be easy (and fun) to write something snarky and piss-takey about this place is, but it's actually pretty dam good. It's run by some very friendly Thai folks, we've noticed a trickle of Thai customers to
First visit: Great fish in Thai style. We had the Deep fried fish in Thai herb salad
Second visit: Delicious Basil Baby Clam. This is definitely one of the best places for Thai food in the area. Prices are cheap as well.
Good quality tasty food of consistent quality that is relatively cheap. They are in the Eating World complex. A bonus is they take credit cards and use a beeper system to let you know your order is ready.
Perfect Thai food and Good Prices!
Should try Stew Pork Leg, Pad Cha whole Fish & Steam Lemon Fish, Nam Tok, Soft shell crab 🦀, crispy chicken basil
OMFG get one of the deep fried fish if you like spicy Thai food and be in spicy Thai heaven!
I'll refund your cost if you're not happy (no I won't but lemme know what you think).
