It’s freezing!! What I need right now is a bowl of spicy noodles 😍🌶
Gia Hoi in Campsie has traditional Vietnamese noodles and rice dishes to cure the cold! I’ve ate here numerous times with my family and the quality is pretty good for the price!

⭐️ Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet $14 - Special spicy 🌶beef with thick vermicelli noodle soup with pork sausage, pork trotter, gravy beef and pork leg 🍖 ( this bowl was huge! I can take mild spicy and this was the right amount of spicy!, pork flavoured broth was great and noodles were round & chewy)

I came here quite a while ago, and being from Melbourne, I did not know what was really good in Sydney. During my two week stay, I frequented many Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants, but none really stood out or was impressive (mind you I did not go to the city).

This was the first and only place that stood out during my stay, and I am still thinking about it about a week after. The reason why I loved it is because the place was generous with their portion sizes, and the price was reasonable. Having worked in the restaurant business before, I could tell why they tasted good - it was the freshness of the produce. I could really tell that most of the ingredients were fresh and that's what made it good.

I eat here all the time, the pho here is always beautiful. I'm normally a pho ga person but I tried the beef + tendon pho and it impressed just as much. Love it!

Really like the pho here as its not too salty a hit of star anise but has all the right combos for me.

Also loooove the fried wontons really good!

Could do with more beef in pho but very silky and big yay for not tooooooo salty yay!!!
