Grill'd makes a delicious burger. The meat is succulent and you can taste the grilled flavour for sure. The zucchini chips are one of my favourite at any sort of burger joint, the sweet potato chips and the herb mayo are nice too.
Sometimes the sauce is placed inconsistently in the burger or the chips are slightly overcooked at other branches but this branch always does everything perfectly.

My husband and I both love Grilld burgers and went here for lunch. I ordered ‘Hot bird’ with fries and the food came out fresh and hot. The staff were helpful and it was good to see COVID distancing was maintained in the restaurant.

Forgot to take some photos but I personally really like their caesars palace burger. It comes with chicken, egg, bacon, cheese, etc. They also make it on the spot unlike many other burgers chains so it feels quite healthy. You can also choose from a variety of burger buns. The staff is friendly and you also get your meal reasonably fast. Recommend this place to others.

Nice food. Here with kids on Queen's birthday Monday. 15% public holiday surcharge to still have to order at the counter and seat yourself. Not even as good as the old order from your phone system. Not cheap burgers to start with

Terrible experience. Walked in and the restaurant was severely understaffed, tables were all dirty. Wanted to order and had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came and cleared the table. After another 45 or so minutes we got the food and it wasn’t bad, but slightly cold. Staff were still pretty rude despite their terrible efforts and service. I do not rate this place at all and recommend going to the other location about 150m away or another restaurant.

This is probably one of the best grill'ds. They always do a good sweet potato fries (matches well with jalapeno mayo), and the regular fries match well with sweet chilli mayo. I like the beyond garden goodness (no beetroot, with pineapple and on traditional) the best.

The buns was half dry like a cracker and wasn't impressed with the burger either. I also ordered the Panini pan but is seemed I got the regular one
