Monkey Magic Darlinghurst - Sydney - Photo album

Great music, great ambience. Food was a bit pricey for what it was. Teh tarik was just a little bit too sweet. Urinals designed for people 2m tall
Had the pleasure of attending the grand opening and hues of red and dim lighting set a tone of elegance, chillaxation and cosiness. Strategically placed tables, couches and lounges dominate the main bar area and at the other end of the cute space is a dance floor to work off those Asian themed sna
Amazing bar and restaurant in the heart of Darlinghurst / Kings Cross area. Super cool vibe, Chinese street food menu is ridiculously delicious (try the Mr Ong's loaded fries with Peanut Sauce!!) and gyozas are delicious too. One of the few bars open till 3am still too so great place to kick on and
Great atmosphere, I didn't try the dumplings but there were people at the front eating and at the back dancing. Dance floor is small so if you expect to take all your friends out be mindful that this isn't a night club. The music is good but I left because the DJ that came on wasn't playing my style
Had our work Christmas party there, what a great venue. Cocktails were great the food was delicious the loaded fries are to die for. The staff was friendly and really made our experience go from good to great. Will be returning.
Quite a friendly atmosphere.Friendly people working the bar and more importantly friendly security staff which is rare in Sydney. Main bar has a very loungey feel to it for chatting, dining and drinking, back bar for cocktails and dancing. Food was nice. Happy to return.
Friday night has an awesome funky house vibe Saturday night cool RnB bar Wednesday nights have open mic comedy (handy for dates) Cocktails are actually legit cocktails, food is well priced and really yum, professional staff and laid back crowd!
House party feeling. When you walk in, the vibe you feel like is as if you've walked into someones house. Great atmosphere, welcoming environment and not your typical Sydney pretentious scene.
