Le Saigon is a nice restaurant that serves delicious Vietnamese food. I feel it’s more on the fusion side but still delicious regardless. Pictured are battered barramundi with tamarind sauce, braised beef ribs, beef pho, stir fried mixed vegetables, sweet potato chips & watermelon margarita. My favourite would be the barramundi, it’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, it’s a must have every time I visit the restaurant.
Quite nice Vietnamese food. The "pork roll" is quite different from what you get at other places but quite nice.
At dinner they seem to have a live piano player.
Food is quite good, the fried crab was very nice
We had never tried Vietnamese restaurant food apart from the usual pho and pork chop rice so we thought we'd give this a go. Service was attentive, and it's nice that they make decent coffee and have a selection of western desserts. Not sure if it was the bad selection of dishes that we made but we found everything we ordered (entree and mains) a bit too sweet and we had to eat a lot of rice to counter the sweetness.
One of my favourite lunch places in St Leonards. Coming back again and again for the wonderful Pho. Huge portion for $15 or $16, depending on which Pho you choose. Quick and friendly service.
We went there with a scoopon deal. The design of the restaurant is modern and comfortable and doesn’t looks like usual Vietnamese restaurant. The spring roll is nice and we love their coconut mangoes smoothies too. Service is excellent and will come back for try their other dishes.
Excellent service and always friendly. Food is delicious with amazing flavours. Generous portion serving sizes too! Plenty of vegetarian options as well.
This little gem Vietnamese is hidden. So glad we found it last night. Most dishes we ordered were great and service is great too. Dishes came out pretty quickly so we were very happy. Very tasty pho and my little son almost finished the big bowl by himself and still asking for more. Cakes are also nice, we ordered the New York cheese cake and flourless chocolate cake and both tasted nice. We definitely will come back again !!!
Purchased a Scoopon deal online which offered $60 worth of food for $29. Ordered 3 dishes and thought the portion size of the caramelised pork in a clay pot was especially teeny tiny considering it would normally cost $20. The chefs special prawn dish was pretty small as well. Not sure if this is the norm as looking around everyone else's dishes looked huge in comparison. Perhaps portion sizes are made smaller for scoopon deals? Apart from the the meal portions the flavours we're bang on and pretty darn delicious! Loved the Bun Dac Biet! The Tom Sot Me had a great tamarind flavour on the prawns, the caramelised pork dish packed a punch. Overall pretty good apart from the size of our portions.
A fantastic night with live Piano and enjoyed Vietnamese food
The best Pho I've tried :) Highly recomemed to try Banh Xeo and Banh Khot which are very popular in Vietnam.
Was happy with tonight's dinner at Le Saigon. It was authentically Vietnamese with really nice flavours. The service was quite attentive, but more importantly the dishes we ordered were all a hit! Would definitely recommend the "heo kho to" which is like caramelised pork in a clay pot. It's really great with white rice. Would recommend this place for groups and families to come share some authentic Vietnamese dishes.
Price: Above Average
Portion: Medium-Large
Service: 4/5 - Great, just not 5/5 as some of the staff struggled with some questions
Pho Dac Biet 3/5 - Soup could be more tasty, just a bit too much MSG as well

I was originally reluctant to visit this place mainly because the restaurant feels like a pub. However, it serves coffee/wine and classic vietnamese dishes that's actually more appropriate for family and big group. I was quite surprised that the food they serve was beyond my expectations. We ordered crispy fried chicken, rice flour pancakes and classic beef pho. The serving was quite big and enough for sharing. I think this is a great go-to place especially for people who live nearby who want to have a quick hearty meal. We already plan to go back there with our guest a few weeks from now.
I love Pho, I’d eat Pho every day. Jin doesn’t like Pho, which means I don’t eat Pho as much as I’d like. After Jin dragged me to Melbourne (sorry Sydney is better) I knew I’d get to redeem some love coupons and eat out what I wanted to eat. Now normally we would go to the “other” Vietnamese joint around the corner but like most Asian eateries around this time of year, they were shut.
Ate here with a Vietnamese friend and she rated Le Saigon highly for authenticity and flavour. In my humble opinion the flavours were fresh and confident without any offensive spice or over use of fish sauce. Service was spot on with knowledgeable and friendly service. Definitely worth a visit. Pork crepes was my highlight dish, please try
I love my Vietnamese cuisine and Le Saigon delivers a great menu of traditional dishes. The chefs specials are a stand out. Every dish sampled was made with the freshest of ingredients and tasted delicious. Whilst my expectations of coffee were not high, my double macchiato was as good as any Cafe in St Leonards. Highly recommended.
Contemporary Viet Cuisines with reasonable price.
Best Belgian Hot Choc & Mocha in town.
Recently cam across this GEM on a casual day in St Leonards. The food were authentic, the atmosphere was great for large group. The design is contemporary but has an Indochine touch which showcases the Vietnamese culture. The service was great and the owner took his time to explain the menu when we had a question. Definitely recommended.
Come here twice a week for really delicious pho or crispy chicken. Food is always good and never disappoints. Service is always very friendly! The ice chocolate uses real chocolate flakes and is great as an afternoon treat.
Hello Francis, lovely meal tonight as always! 4th time at your restaurant and we absolutley love it. There is nothing on your menu I haven't liked. The food is always top notch. One request, can you please bring back the Banh Khot pancakes one day? Had them there once and they were absolutley devine! For anyone looking for authentic South Vietnamese food this place is worth crossing town for. See you again soon!
We are regulars at this restaurant and absolutely love it. The restaurant is nicely decorated and sometimes has live music! The Bun Dac Biet is delicious and tastes very fresh. The rice paper rolls are the best! We would definitely recommend this place to others and will continue coming back.

Hi Took my son and grandson for a treat - couldn't have made a better choice! Food, ambience and service all excellent. I didn't spend all of my voucher's worth and we had a royal feast - fresh, light and tasty, and learnt some Vietnamese words from our lovely waitperson, Tracey. Highly recommended Ann Howard
