My partner and I have been coming to this food court for 10 years. Ma's Kitchen is the best Chinese food in Haymarket bar none! I can't believe the other reviews I have read! Always provide us with two plates. Clean, beautiful food. After maybe 100 visits, never a problem. Simply the best!

This place in Sussex Street Food Court serve classic Hong Kong dishes the service is minimum and the staff are not so friendly but food is tasty , good feed and not expensive. Good for quick meal and a quiet night.

We had generous portions and very tasty meals. The only problem was that they were quite salty which wasn't a problem at first but by the end of the meal, due to the cumulative effect, the saltiness was getting overpowering.
Had a terrible experience of customer service. Food is terrible. Cashierman at the front cashier lashed out at a customer infront of me calling them names. I definitely won't be back. Happy Chef next door is better!
