I'm maybe a little biased because I work in the building, but I always look forward to getting my coffee from here in the mornings. The staff are all friendly and lovely and know my various orders by heart. They do discounts for bringing your own cup, too, which is nice. And they have a loyalty card
Relatively quiet and nice spot to have a coffee in the morning, different vibe to other cafes in the area as it's on the first floor of an office tower, but they make good coffee and the blueberry muffin was alright! Good barista and mostly friendly staff... but the $10 EFTPOS minimum rule is ridiculous. No 1 Espresso is already more expensive than other cafes nearby and the $10 minimum for EFTPOS on top of this is crap. I will no longer be visiting this cafe or MyLua until they change this. Get with the times.
